We recently dined at the TRB Hutong on our wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure. The staff were incredibly attentive and we were made to feel welcome immediately. We were shown to the best table in the restaurant and invited to a glass of champagne by the very impressive head waiter. We then proceeded to be presented with a taster menu of what I can only describe as &lsquo;works of art&rsquo;. The dishes were incredible, immaculately presented and each with their own interesting, personal stories described by the chef, Luke Armstrong. We were honored to be joined by Luke briefly to present our dessert course, despite what I imagine was a busy evening for him, he was very charming and personable. He gifted my wife a sugar rose crafted by one of his students and gave me probably the best chocolate cake I&rsquo;ve ever tasted. The staff then put a cherry on top of the whole evening by presenting us with two printed photos of us at the table enjoying the food. It was an absolutely incredible experience that we&rsquo;ll never forget, we recommend anyone who has the means to dine at this restaurant.

早早就听说过位于东城区沙滩北街的TRB，首先位置交通非常方便，公交车58路、685路、11路等都能到达，或者地铁六号线也可以到达，餐厅周边还有很多的停车位，但是强调一定要停在附近，如果停在餐厅门口就不太方便了，因为胡同比较窄，所以停车会比较困难，但是不管是自驾还是公交都不会给你带来出行的烦恼。这家店很有特色，是在古寺院中的一家比较高大上的法式餐厅，一提到在寺院中的餐厅就知道，除了餐厅本身寺院肯定也是一道风景线，的确由于餐厅的位置选择，所以有一种非常安静的悠闲感，一般感觉寺庙中的餐饮都以清真为主，但是再这样的一种环境下，吃个法餐，可见感觉不来也不难想象，别有一般风味。因为餐厅的环境和市场的定位，所以会引来不少人来尝试，虽然不像一些街边比较火的那样的小店门口排起长长的等位队伍，也不会显得非常吵闹，但是如果不提前预订的话依然会面临等位的问题，而且法餐一般翻桌的速度都比较慢，所以建议大家提前订好座位，以便顺利吃到，餐厅的服务还真得是很到位，热情不说，体贴周到，能想到的都想到了，而且语言上都很有礼貌，非常符合餐厅的整个风格，所以通过体验也不能理解为什么很多人都喜欢来他家，对他家有很高的好评，甚至有的时候评论一家店特别好之后后面还要加一句不如TRB，现在真的是体验了就明白了。餐厅的人均消费在500元左右，属于法餐中比较正宗的，喜欢法餐的可以来体验下，推荐菜鸭肝、三文鱼，新鲜，味道不错。
