The first time I came to Xinjiang, the first time I had dinner in Xinjiang, a local friend in Changji came to a Huanyu store called Xiyu Nayi. When I came to the store, I was shocked by the rich western scenery in the store. The waiters in the store were also ethnic minorities, but the Chinese was very good. There is no problem with ordering food and communicating with them. We ordered three cold dishes of Xinjiang Tiger Vegetable, Sesame Sang Sprout, Kashgar Connoisseur, Thin-skin buns, pickles and local chicken stew with hot dishes, Tacheng braised bread roast leg of lamb, Hotan original grilled fish, Xinjiang hand-grabbed meat, and Iili Xiaoyu, the last three hot dishes of which are delicious.
