The carrot soup is sweet and smooth, the staple food is fried fish steak crispy meat tender + grilled Rigatoni pasta sesame fragrant + pork sandwich is delicious! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, our hearts are full of delicious food! The last dessert loves the lemon tower more fresh and sour, and the chocolate marshmallow cake is a bit sweeter. 复古风格浓郁的小餐厅Sepia，美食周三道菜$22美金。餐前面包就很赞！前菜胡萝卜浓汤清甜顺滑，主食煎鱼排皮脆肉嫩+烤Rigatoni意面芝香浓郁+猪肉三明治都很好吃！食材新鲜，香浓鲜美吃的我们心花怒放！最后的甜品更爱柠檬塔清新酸甜，巧克力棉花糖蛋糕就是偏甜了些。值得再去! ​

低调的Sepia距离市中心不远。店里的老是相机还能倒影出街景很有意思。餐厅布置走现代简洁风，服务周到。餐前面包新鲜出炉，粗粮果仁健康满满更是松软香脆！赠送的开胃烟熏三文鱼小巧精致，和甜香葱搭配很完美。烤鱿鱼做法不是很爱，口感过干过面。朋友的素菜球貌似也很不错。烤银鳕鱼肉质鲜嫩，搭配清爽蔬菜和青酱，口味清淡非常适合夏季。

Friends&#39; vegetarian balls seem to be very good. The grilled silver salmon meat is fresh and tender, with refreshing vegetables and green sauce, and the taste is light and suitable for summer.

米其林一星的餐厅，需要提前一周左右预定，电话预定也可以的。总体没有什么特别的地方，味道也不算特别的出众，只能说无功无过吧。

主厨Andrew Zimmerman把菜式定义为新式美国口味。Sepia是由1890s的一家印刷厂改建而成的。整体的装潢布置都非常的复古怀旧。门面非常不张扬，进门左手部份就是一个吧台和休息区可供客人小酌等候。暗色的桌椅凸显着沉稳，房顶的四盏特色复古吊顶照耀室内。入座后服务生就直接送来了餐厅周的菜单，貌似没有其他选择呢~一共3道菜式，包括前菜、主食和甜品，价格为每人$22美金。大家都对Sepia的菜式口味很满意。人均22美金吃到如此水平的三道菜式，本人觉得性价比还是非常高的。至少它吸引我，让我萌生了下次再要试晚餐的念头。这不就是餐厅力求的目标么~

The chef Andrew Zimmerman defines the dish as a new American taste. Sepia was converted from a printing plant in the 1890s. The overall decoration is very retro and nostalgic. The facade is very unflattering, and the left hand part of the entrance is a bar and lounge area for guests to drink and wait. The dark tables and chairs highlight the calm, and the four characteristic retro ceilings on the roof shine indoors. After the seat, the waiter sent the restaurant&#39;s menu directly. It seems that there is no other choice. There are 3 dishes in total, including pre-courses, staples and desserts, at a price of $22 per person. Everyone is very satisfied with the taste of Sepia&#39;s dishes. The average person eats such a level of three dishes for $22, and I think the price/performance ratio is still very high. At least it attracted me and made me have the idea of trying dinner next time. Isn&#39;t this the goal the restaurant strives for~
