On the first day of arrival, I simply had dinner at the Intercontinental Xian Restaurant. The restaurant business is good, and you can only book at 19:30 when you make an appointment. The fish head is fresh and the soup is relatively light. There are bamboo shoots, green vegetables, red dates, wolfberry, fish balls and small river shrimp. There is a small ribbon cutting ceremony before the fish head is opened, which is interesting. But the overall price/performance ratio is average. The restaurant service is OK, and the environment is a bit noisy when there are many people.
