在网上看到这家店评分很高，正好离住的地方很近，自然要过来体验一下。店面挺大的，老板和服务员都很热情，点菜的时候主动帮我判断会不会浪费，并且帮我点了小小份的羊肉焖饼，刚好够我一个人吃，非常贴心。焖饼就不用说了，店里的招牌，沙葱炒鸡蛋也是格外的好吃，八块钱的敦煌酿皮简直超值，点了三个菜都很满意。

按照各种美食榜的推荐，这里都可以算的上是敦煌胡羊焖饼的排行榜前三了，在敦煌的晚餐正餐，必须要来品尝一下特色菜的胡羊焖饼，加上中午吃的驴肉黄面忒不正宗想，于是晚上一路开着导航走过来的，不过话说离市中心是稍微远了一些，离沙洲夜市也要有一段距离了。    远也有远的好处，游客会少一些，能有位子。坐下来之后，点了一份焖饼，外加两个小菜，西北几天吃的量真的好实在，一份焖饼足够了。    羊肉焖饼主要是肉选的好，很鲜美而且里面的羊肉没有骨头，面皮的量也很足，而且面皮很劲道，很有嚼劲。敦煌凉粉说实话比较一般，属于比较厚的凉粉，后来吃过一次各种色彩的凉皮，感觉比这个好一些。另外一份黄瓜的量也好大，本来就是当个素菜的。     服务的话还是挺不错的，老板年纪不大，全程服务也很开朗，感觉还是有些想法的，所以网上评价都挺不错，整个饭店无论是环境还是菜品都算是西北之行里很不错的，第二天晚上又在其他地方吃的焖饼就完全没法和这里比了，所以到了敦煌，还是非常值得推荐过来一试。
