店里的环境不错，点了可乐饼和刺身拼盘。可乐饼是现炸出来的，一口咬下去很惊艳，奶香非常浓郁，里面还有些蟹肉。刺身里面的扇贝和北极贝又肥又鲜美。

随便找了家进来吃，榻榻米要脱鞋比较烦。还好我们坐的吧台位，看着厨师在眼前忙忙碌碌的准备食物也是蛮有意思的一件事情。生蚝又大又新鲜，挤上柠檬汁，混合着咸咸的海水味，仿佛感受到了海边的气息。海鲜盖饭就不用多说了，虽然好吃，但是这两天吃的要吐了。还有一个芝士焗蟹肉非常好吃超出预期，忘了拍照。结账只能现金哦！

这家店环境很不错 一花亭味道棒极了，感觉每一餐都很赞！鲜鮮的各种刺身盖饭完全停不下口，定食的刺身盖饭太美味，醋饭一级棒！

正好是清晨到的函馆站，所以就来朝市转转。才五点半好多店还没开门，一花亭算开门比较早的。店门口贴满了各种海报，大屏幕也在滚动播放美食节目的采访，看来这是一家人气很高的店就我一个人用餐，选择了一份七色丼，价格不算便宜，要1800日元，不过海鲜是相当丰盛且新鲜的。尤其是鱼子和海胆，都算是北海道特产吧，特别鲜甜。送的味噌汤和酱菜也都很好吃，要吃好味的海鲜丼来这家准没错。

离开函馆的最后一餐，想到无论如何也要去体验一下，吃活蹦乱跳的生猛海鲜的生鱿，就去了位于横丁市场一楼的这家特色小店。小店也不小，有两层楼的店堂，一楼满座我们就上了二楼。点好活乌鱼 海鲜饭和生蚝。海鲜饭太有特色了，一支活墨鱼放在饭上面端到面前，向墨鱼上淋上些酱油，它就开始每根鱼须快速舞动起来，这时考验食客胆量的时候到了，看你敢不敢用筷子把它送入口中。用力咬了几下，好不容易才咬下一根须来，这时店员过来帮忙用刀将鱼切小以方便食用。鱼头脆生生的还真心好吃。另外生蚝生吃口感也好味也鲜美，有胆量的同学值得一试。
