说起来村上海胆也是北海道比较有名的专吃海胆的餐厅之一了，本店在函馆。在附近逛了两天，准备吃晚餐的时候就过来了（生命札幌店还挺难找的，在楼里面，拿着某点评问了两个保安哈哈😄）八点多门口还有人在等位的，人气OK👌🏻。「海胆盖饭」应该会是每桌必点吧，味道比较普通我觉得，但新鲜还是满新鲜的。相比之下这家店刺身之类的生食比别的好吃很多。「烤海胆」真心不推荐，又硬又干，甚至还没在国内吃过的好吃。这两年来日本次数挺多的，但没有五六年前初来乍到那种新鲜感，觉得&ldquo;什么都好吃&rdquo;，可能一方面也跟自己现在接触的美食行业有关吧，口味变叼了😄。
