Was recently in Hiroshima for business and found this restaurant behind my hotel (Daiwa Roynet Hotel). I went in because it reminded me of restaurants in Europe - open air and inviting. The chefs cooked in the open so you could watch and I especially enjoyed watching one very attractive young woman cook. The wine selection was very good. I ate dinner at this restaurant 3 times during my 6 nights in Hiroshima. My favorite was the seafood spaghetti.

电光石火不仅是店家的名称，也是其中一道料理。电光石火像是作欧姆蛋一样把其他材料包起来，除了保留住蔬菜的鲜甜，软嫩的蛋与炒面绝妙的搭配，再加上紫苏叶来当点缀。因为是用蛋作为食材，所以整个广岛烧的形状也是高高圆圆的，这么高的广岛烧在日本的其他地方可能也吃不到吧！

我们去这间是位于广岛駅南口附近的一座大厦上，该层全都是吃广岛烧，但只有这一家是坐无虚席。当天晚上我们大概等了10分钟就安排座位，在等位时，店员会给我们英文菜单并点歺。我们选了海鲜并乌龙面底及招牌广岛烧并拉面底，相比大坂烧，广岛烧比较多蔬菜，味道没有大坂烧那么浓烈，个人比较喜观，因汁酱可按自已需要加。除游客外，也有不少日本人用膳。
