回到剑阁县城的时候已经是下午的六点，稍作休息就去当地比较特色的白龙豆花家吃晚饭。不过我每次来四川都吃不惯豆花，也实在是无法理解四川人可以一碗豆花一碟干辣椒就可以吃下一碗米饭的状况。四川很多豆花店都是这样，配料和做好的豆花都直接摆在室外，当有人喊要一份豆花的时候很迅速的加上调料拿过来，这手速可是一绝。做豆腐的过程，其实原料就是黄豆。黄豆的吃法可是太多了，什么豆浆，豆腐脑，豆花，豆腐，霉豆腐。。。不可置否中国人真会吃呀。我之前所说的，四川人民最喜欢的，一碗豆花，一碟辣椒，一碗米饭，看她们吃起来可香了。
