Shiyuan Restaurant can be said to be one of the oldest restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. It has been in operation for more than 70 years. It is a real and old brand! The decoration in the restaurant still maintains the previous appearance, and the antique is full of a strong retro flavor! The food here is not only very authentic, but also absolutely cheap to beyond your imagination! Chefs at Shiyuan Restaurant still insist on using charcoal fires to cook their gourmet food, so their food tastes the same after years! 在吉隆坡的一天下午，朋友们带我来吃马国肉骨茶。如果不是由当地人带，我可能找不到这家店我们一共有8个人，所以点了一个大锅的肉骨茶，里面除了肉骨，还加了五花肉、粉肠、猪肚等。汤有加一些药材，可是味道偏甜，与我们新加坡肉骨茶不一样。而且新加坡肉骨茶不会把所有的材料都放在一起，以免影响汤的味道。还有一个猪脚汤蛮特别[愉快] 猪脚煮得够软，我喜欢那层皮 马国朋友是常客，他说这里卖的东西价钱都不贵，很值得吃。

司机师傅带我们来了一家当地人才知道的&ldquo;奕是好肉骨茶&rdquo;，小店充满了人情味，当然，也是有熟悉的乡音在里面。还是要说，在马来西亚，闽南话一说，都是老乡呀~店内的肉骨茶有汤的和干的两种，建议点综合肉骨茶，可以把所有的料都加上，小肠、猪肚等等，很大一碗。干肉骨茶，是收汁后，更为香浓，个人觉得这个比较适合下饭。 必须要强烈推荐的是他们家的猪脚醋，真的是入口即化！超香糯，连我这种不吃肥肉油腻的都忍不住大叫再来一碗。肉骨茶也有小碗的，可以加豆腐泡、油条也是不错的。大马城味，莫过于这一碗肉骨茶。
