Relying on Yelp and Dianping, I found the most popular restaurant in the local area. The price is not cheap but the ingredients are full. The wontons in the pasta can be fried in the sky. And foreigners practice surfing at the sluice is also real creative [strong]

靠着Yelp和大众点评找到当地最人气的餐厅，价格不算便宜但是料十足，蛤蜊意面里的蛤蜊放到天朝可以炒一盘。还有老外在水闸处练习冲浪也是real有创意[强]

很大的下午茶店，一杯咖啡，一盘甜品，足够惬意。

A big afternoon tea shop, a cup of coffee, a plate of dessert, is pleasant enough.

As usual, excellent food, wonderful service and relaxed atmosphere at one of the most famous hotels in the region. Thank you for a memorable summer&rsquo;s evening to celebrate two family birthdays.

Enjoyable dinner overall. The service and ambiance were excellent as you would expect from the Beau Rivage. The quality of the food was good overall (the iced Grand Marnier souffl&eacute; dessert is worth a particular mention) but certainly expensive for what it was.

Great food and excellent service.  With the early sunset we were unable to enjoy the views of the Lausanne lake front but great experience nonetheless.
