We went there with our family and had a very pleasant stay and the food was delicious. We were aged from 15 to 60 and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant could be 30 years old as I was there and I will go again soon. You&#39;ll love going there, with the Guinness World Records for the world&#39;s largest mobile puzzle. Yes, the solution is the same as it was a few years ago. But I&#39;m sorry, I can&#39;t tell you.

The website and reviews had my expectations pretty high. Definitely thought this would be a cool place to take the kids, thought it would be an experience. After having gone, I&apos;m not sure what the draw is. There is a bunch of cool stuff to look at inside, but it mostly just felt like being in a dark, dingy basement. It was so dark we couldn&apos;t see our food very well. I liked the idea of it being spy-themed as I thought it would be fun for the kids, but it&apos;s just not done up at a level I anticipated and honestly doesn&apos;t feel super kid friendly. The food is not great. My "chopped salad" had very few ingredients, and was not even as good as a fast food or gas station salad. The hot dog off the kids menu is a natural casing weiner.. no child wants to try biting into a natural casing hot dog, what are they thinking!? It was even difficult for me to bite into. The cheese curds were hard to eat, they were too soft, almost soggy and falling apart. The French fries were good, very similar to McDonald&apos;s which are my favorite fries. My daughter had a turkey club sandwich which looked super basic, but she liked it. Nothing special about any of the food. Overall it just wasn&apos;t the fun experience I thought it would be, with mediocre food to boot. 

Dark basement, mediocre food at best

This place is so unique and such fun for the kids I hate giving it 2 stars.  I first came here about 12 years ago and it was awesome from the food to the service to the atmosphere.  This last time and the previous time the food tasted terrible the service was below average and this last time I was sick from the food for most of the day after visiting.  I think they don&apos;t care about "the experience" at least at lunch time.  Its more of a door-is-open just come in no password or even pretending it is a spy experience.  Way more fun to go to Don&apos;s TV Repair.

Slow Service

Stopped by here for drinks and lunch on the recommendation of our cruise line. Using address and clues on TA, we found the unmarked door. We gave the password to the man inside, pulled a lever, and went through some sliding doors into the bar. The ambiance there was great. They even offer a scavenger hunt that takes you through the many rooms to the exit door. Oh! The food and drinks were super also. We highly recommend this adventure for kids over 10 and adults. 

Fun place to visit

Stopped in for drinks. Read about the location. It is VERY fun. We didn’t explore the whole restaurant. Probably would have given more stars if we had been at a different bar. We ended up in the newsroom bar. One bartender, who was very good, but with a full bar it was very hard for him to show off his craft and provide good and prompt service. Willing to try again. I do recommend, be prepared for slow service and over priced food and drink.
