My hotel was just across from the restaurant. I was lucky and got a table in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't order the Nikkei set menu, only the dishes on the menu. All dishes were exquisite, the appetizer was the salmon tower (free) and green beans, the main course was the cod mixed with nuts and served with bean puree. It was the best cod I have ever had, the Peruvian beef stir fry was a generous portion, and the dessert was chocolate cocoa mousse with cherry snow meringue, which was very delicious. If you are in Lima, highly recommend you to go to this restaurant, it is a must-go restaurant!

A chef friend recommended the restaurant to us. How to say, the food here is unique! We decided to try the 10 dishes recommended on the Nikkei News special menu, and it turned out that the money was great value. Although we have been to many high-end restaurants, tasted a variety of ingredients, we still have new things here (such as Spanish fried dough sticks, Amazon snails, delicious). The service is super intimate and thoughtful, but it will not make people feel disturbed. The chef also went to the table to communicate with the diners, a special experience~ This is definitely the best dining experience I have had for a long time. I can only use one word - "extraordinary" to evaluate, awesome~
