咖啡厅的环境真的是很特别，很有那种古典美，咖啡的味道也是很不错，尝试了冰萃咖啡，味道很好，阳光明媚的午后在这里放松一下很舒服

自由亭就在哥拉巴公园内，电车到浦上天主教堂，下车沿荷兰坡方向走进哥拉巴园（哥拉巴园要门票，记得是每人600日元），坐一程电梯后，右手边就是自由亭了。此次来哥拉巴公园的原因之一就是为了自由亭。木质的老建筑，走在楼梯上还有咯吱咯吱的声响。墙上的老式壁灯昏黄的灯光散发着丝丝温暖。从窗子向外眺望，长崎港、女神大桥、长崎的景色尽收眼底。整间咖啡馆也像一座艺术品，于是咖啡的口味可以忽略。。拿铁咖啡特别的淡，没有拉花不说，奶泡看起来也一点不均匀。朋友的自由亭咖啡据说也是如此。这里的招牌咖啡是冰滴咖啡，在吧台前竖着一排冰滴咖啡的滴漏杯，看得出已经很有岁月了。最后为了美美的杯子还是放弃了冰滴咖啡，不过如果咖啡豆子都一样，应该差别也不会很大。这里没有Wi-Fi，大概是为了保持原始感，所以没有Wi-Fi也不要紧。专心欣赏外面的风景才是正经事。咖啡杯都很美，古典风的组合咖啡碟和咖啡杯，喜欢的话还可以买一套带走。如果时间足够，真的想就这样在这里静静发呆一整个下午。咖啡的价格不贵，长崎蛋糕也有销售。喜欢的小伙伴可以直接点下午茶套餐。店里服务十分周到，会主动奉上柠檬水，还会贴心的奉上菜单，拍照过程中完全不会打扰，服务过程中也一直面带微笑。

店里的装潢很不错，气氛还可以。我在这里吃过冰激凌咖啡，datchi冰咖啡、蛋糕、苹果和面包。datchi冰咖啡是店里最好吃的，冰激凌咖啡也很好吃，但是店里的蛋糕有点干，但是总体来说还是很推荐的。

老板挺健谈的，用着日式英语和我们聊天，挺有意思，周围环境确实有点乱，但是总体还干净，特色海鲜汤的汤头都是用当天新鲜的海鲜熬煮的特别鲜美
