在沙县县府城中打卡第二站，佳兰烧麦。小店位于闽辉广场马路对面的一条巷子里，一不小心很容易就错过了。环境极其简陋，餐桌摆在店门口，还支着塑料棚子遮阳。粉丝烧麦是主打小吃，个头不大，皮薄馅足，馅是粉丝加一粒肉丁，味道是极鲜美的。配一碗豆腐汤，润喉清口，美美的一餐。来沙县，此店不应错过。

到了沙县必然要尝一尝沙县小吃。沙县的烧卖很特别，皮很薄，透明状，馅儿是粉丝加入一点肉糜，口味清淡，可以蘸酱油或醋，我个人比较喜欢搭配醋。店面不大，顾客还是挺多的，因为是现做现蒸，所以人多的时候，需要等候，但是老夫妇俩人很和蔼。
