Every time I go to Taichung, I will go to Zhongxiao Road Night Market for food. It is cheap and there are many beautiful foods, such as bean curd, salmon squid noodles, stinky tofu, etc., and the residents in the local area eat the majority, which is very authentic.

每次去台中有時間都會去忠孝路夜市覓食，東西便宜，亦有不少美吃，例如豆花，魷魚咀面線，臭豆腐等，在地居民來吃佔多數，很有地道風味。

这个夜市离车站有点远，公交车下来走了十五分钟左右，没有艋钾夜市这么的热闹，不过吃的东西比较便宜，看到人多排队的基本上味道都不会差。

来台湾的第二天，晚上入住酒店前，听导游说忠孝路夜市离我们住的旅店很近，所以我们放下行李，就马不停蹄的赶往夜市。忠孝路夜市位于民意街至正义街之间，早先是为因应中兴大学及附近工厂外食人口，而聚集形成的宵夜市集，发展至今，已有不少慕名而来的食客。夜市里小吃品种有许多，有筒仔米糕、盐酥鸡、忠孝烤肉、牛排、面线糊、臭豆腐、蛋包饭等等。另外还有赫赫有名的蔡家豆花店，平常店里门庭若市，常常都是客满。他们家的花生豆花，口感滑嫩，花生仁烂而不糊，深具口碑。哈哈，我们进去每人买了一碗喝，味道的确不错。

这里的夜市路面比台北的宽很多，很大一条马路的两边都是卖吃的，有很多的选择。比较喜欢的是这边的一家素食店，不要看它店面小小的，人气可是很旺的哟
