The restaurant is in the old town of Vilnius where you can taste authentic Lithuanian traditional cuisine. We did not eat on the street side of the restaurant and on the upper floor of the restaurant, but with the waiter came to the table it was remodeled from the original wine cellar on the 2nd floor underground, which was very tasteful. I ordered Lithuanian traditional specialties zeppelin airship, roasted pork elbow, red cabbage head sour soup, beer, Kvass. 2 people totaled 21.5 euros. The Zeppelin airship is actually potato dumplings, which are wrapped in potato pasta with cheese and meat filling. It is simple but delicious, large and elastic. The pink of the beet soup in the picture comes from red beetroot and traditional Lithuanian sour cream. Beet cold soup is available in many Eastern European countries, and Ukraine is said to hold the original copyright, but the powder is so dazzling in Lithuania is the only family. Kvass, this "liquid bread" is naturally fermented from the traditional Lithuanian black bread. Although not alcoholic, it has a cool, silky feel and is very comfortable.
