We had two great dinners. Edwin was an amazing waiter - very knowledgeable about food and wine and helped us achieve the perfect balance between concentration and caution! The fish dish was delicious. We missed the oysters because the weather reduced the usual supply - if you know you want some oysters, you can ring the bell in advance to save you some!
