在西安、咸阳的大街小巷上，岐山擀面皮是明星小吃，它是陕西饮食文化不可缺少的一部分。妙轩是其中个人认为比较好吃的一家。位置很好找，离咸阳火车站大概400米左右，店面不大，但干净卫生，老板服务挺不错的。店里主要有擀面皮、凉皮、肉夹馍、荷叶饼、小米粥、鸡蛋醪糟、蒸馍夹辣子等小吃，平均都在4-5块钱，价格十分实惠。擀面皮是他家的王牌，本地人都赞不绝口，因为面皮不仅筋道，而且调的辣子非常好吃，来一份馍沾着吃贼香。份量上一般般，有点儿发酸。鸡蛋醪糟就是鸡蛋和米酒相结合，是西北特色小吃，非常可口。

味道不错，作为一个外地人来说，感觉还不错

这个店位于火车站的东边，一般人不出去找还不好找，但是卖的东西真的很好很正宗的。
