Huang Tu Qing, a representative restaurant of northern Shaanxi cuisine in Yan'an, serves dishes slowly and makes people anxious. Haha, the potato shreds are wrapped in flour and steamed and fried. The taste is heavy and the health is average. The service is basically done by yourself.
