老福州徐记（斗东店），这是我们来福州的第二家，比第一家感觉更好些，只是地方有些紧凑。这次点的是店家的镇店之星佛跳墙329元，各方面都要好过与100元左右的，食材更上层，品质更好，汤更浓稠。福州的芋泥喜欢的不要不要的，细腻光滑。葱油海菊花，是鱿鱼头，鲜嫩脆口。

好像距离上次来这家老福洲徐记已经很久很久啦！这家店也改变了不少，环境菜品都变化了不少，恩恩。小G确实是一年多没有来这附近了！之前没发现这家老福州有这么多福跳墙可选，小G知道的就有三种之多，每种里面的配料也各部相同，分别是至尊佛跳墙、民间佛跳墙和罗汉佛跳墙。小G选择的是民间佛跳墙，据说这个点的是最多的，价位中等也比较合适~民间佛跳墙里面有鱼翅、瑶柱、极品花胶、辽参、鹌鹑蛋、鲜鲍鱼、蹄筋、鱼唇、翅裙、花菇&hellip;配料还是挺多的，炖的也很好吃，不像某些店的酒味那么浓厚，他们家的不仅炖品好吃，连汤都敲好喝，就是分量不多，一会儿就见底了！不过价格在这，用料又那么多，性价比还是有的~据说佛跳墙跟这个马蹄糕一起，很配的！忘了是哪位说的，不过还挺对的，软滑爽韧的马蹄糕，清爽的口感正好解了佛跳墙的腻，好像是三个起点，两个人就有点尴尬了~包心荔枝肉，本来以为荔枝肉真的没啥好吃的，而且还挺贵的，所以不是很想店，可小伙伴看介绍说手工的，图片又很诱人，想吃&hellip;恩恩，所以就点了，没想到还是挺好吃的，果然跟普通的荔枝肉不一样，吃到里面的夹心，口感很惊喜，分量也很足，推荐推荐！紫菜海蛎煎，本来还以为跟普通店的煎饼状的那般，上桌就惊呆了，跟炸的小酥肉的似的。重点是这个紫菜海蛎煎，不仅颜值很好，口感也是焦酥焦酥的，很好吃~小G结语：这次来这个徐记老福州，感觉变化还是蛮大的，比吃钱吃他们家的不是很满意相比，这次的体验还是不错的，尤其是民间佛跳墙和包心荔枝肉，真的很好吃~
