The seven-table restaurant in the ancient town of Xitang in Jiashan is the hottest restaurant in Xitang Scenic Area. We booked one day in advance. The restaurant is not big, but the dishes are authentic local dishes. Among them, the hoof and the wine-brewed round are the best we think.

位于嘉善西塘古镇的七张桌餐馆是目前西塘景区最火爆的饭店了。我们是提前一天预定的，饭店不大，但菜品是地道的本地菜，其中蹄膀和酒酿圆子是我们觉得最棒的。

冲着点评分数很高去的，没想到有两个店面，估计原来的七张桌子实在不够用，两家位置很近，就在斜对面，店员直接带过去。4个人点了三菜一汤：神鲜豆腐，鱼豆腐做的，味道挺鲜的；清蒸白水鱼，鱼肉很嫩，咸淡适宜，当地代表菜了；秘制牛肉，上来的时候有干冰，摆盘漂亮，牛肉也挺嫩的；咸肉冬瓜汤我很喜欢，夏天喝着特别舒服，而且冬瓜还挺多的，刀工不错，连喝好几碗。每桌商家都送螺丝，第一个端上来，大家吃的蛮多的，最后还会送一个水果，切面香蕉，下面还有干冰冒烟，就是要从这个晃晃悠悠的容器里夹出滑溜溜的香蕉片有点技巧。期间阿姨反复问我们是否合口味，因为看我们吃的不多，觉得我们肯定是吃不惯，尽管我们再三说明的确是因为下午吃过点心了，而且事实也是如此。阿姨连说不好意思，没让我们吃尽兴，还送了一个椒盐南瓜，本来我们就是因为太饱吃不下，还又送一个菜给我们，让我们觉得很不好意思，只能大家再吃几筷子。

口味个人觉得不错，因为重口难调。环境算不上豪华但干净卫生。看了评价说服务好，亲身体验一下，果然名不虚传。送菜送水果就不说了，那种亲切感不懂服务的人很难做到。愿他们生意越来越好。那个竹荪鸡蛋个人最喜欢。
