我们是8月8日晚6点入住的酒店，酒店非常舒服、漂亮！每个工作人员亲切的服务都让我们感受到了宾至如归！我们特别要说的是在9点19分的地震来临时，希尔顿的工作人员表现出了训练有素、认真负责的高度工作责任心：在极短的时间内将酒店游客疏散至安全区域、安抚游客情绪、分发羽绒被、保暖毯、热水、食物等！整个晚上不断的有酒店工作人员在巡逻，游客们在这种环境中也比较安静、有序！8月9号早晨在余震不那么密集的时候，分批、有序、有纪录的组织游客回酒店取行礼，并且每一家客人都在酒店一名员工陪同下回房取行礼；同时向在场的所有游客（包括许多不是酒店住宿的客人）发放了稀饭、鸡蛋！中午又向游客发放了有肉有菜的面条！正是因为酒店的高效、高素质让惊慌失措的游客趋渐安宁，整个酒店未出现大的人员伤亡，撤离的也非常有序！大灾面前，鲁能希尓顿真正展现了一个五星级酒店的责任与能力！天佑九寨，也祝鲁能希尔顿一切平安顺利！
