住在隔壁酒店🏨，到银座商场超级近，一搜就发现银座5楼的波螺油子，也是这次青岛游唯一吃了2次的店。5点半左右不用排队，到了我们吃完门口已经大排长龙。4大1小几乎把招牌菜和喜欢吃的菜都点了一遍。 海肠捞饭 上菜仪式感满满，已经卖了700多万份，灵魂还是肉酱饭，只是加入了海肠让饭瞬间提升了个档次。海肠很脆，他们家的海肠捞饭也是我看到最便宜的，68一份很实惠。 青岛鲅鱼锅贴  虾仁锅贴 别家都是鲅鱼水饺🥟，唯独他们家是锅贴，相比虾仁🍤，鲅鱼锅贴口感更入味一些，吃起来更好吃。 油泼黄花鱼 2大条黄鱼只有58，性价比超级高，清蒸的口感最大体现黄鱼的鲜美。 青岛独有袋装原浆 店里特有的青岛啤酒[啤酒]袋装原浆，口感更淡，泡沫十足。老爷子喝了直夸好喝，第二天点了一样的竟然说没第一天好喝。 秘制腌鲍鱼 很大一份鲍鱼，卖的好便宜，30不到的价格，在上海难以想象。 手打酸辣鲅鱼丸 第二天换换口味，鲅鱼丸各个Q弹，一家老少都喜欢。 吃不够辣蛤蜊 辣炒蛤蜊，来了青岛必点菜，肉质虽小，鲜嫩无比。好多好多好吃的菜，连续2天都超人均，全家都满意。

太火了太火了🔥！没想到匠蹄先生这么火 傍晚5点多来的时候整整等了1个小时一定要记得提前来取号🤨取号完还可以去旁边的银座逛逛🌾环境:位置在一个很不起眼的路边巷子 推开门才发现有这么多人在门口等位🙈🙈但在等位的时候服务员各种送零食小饼干 还不错匠大蹄套餐推荐！猪蹄很嫩很爽口 而且没想到是烤鸭的那种吃法😼我们2个人点了半份 完全足够🤙🤙🤙禅茶豆腐看到很多人推这个就点了 果然没点错 豆腐嫩到不行🍻酱汁完全入味宫保鸡走一条路这道菜其实有点没吃懂❓看着名字好玩就点了整道菜是在面包上裹一些肉肉 挺奇妙的 （但味道没有上两道菜好👀另外 他们家给的🍵好好喝哈哈哈 赞~

🐼位置：云霄路56号，门头明显比较好找前几年来过一次说明依然是开了几年啦🐼服务：上菜不是特别快，有时候可能要攥一下一锅可以出好几盘的那种，我们都吃完了鱼香肉丝还没上，没办法就又催了一下🐼环境：一般叫大排档环境都不会特别好啦但是环境还算接地气吧店面桌子还是蛮多的🐼菜品：「烧烤」烧烤还是不错的，烤五花烤里脊鱿鱼腿都还是很不错的，烧烤就放心点吧！烧烤上菜还是蛮快的！「风味茄子」茄子本来也吸油，所以吃起来特别油，感觉每口下去都是满满的卡路里哈哈「鲅鱼水饺」感觉可能是那种半成品，但是口感还可以吧，就是有点泡了的感觉「辣炒花蛤」青岛人饭桌上的桌桌必备了，嘎啦还是很新鲜的，辣炒更加提味一些「菜心蛰皮」不知道为啥吃起来发苦，但是菜量还是很足的。海蜇皮还是很脆的！「鱼香肉丝」不知道为啥笋居然让我吃出了一点螺蛳粉的味道，感觉笋木耳和肉丝缺了一点尖椒提味，加上尖椒应该口感上能在更好一些🐼总结：比较接地气的一家家常菜，感觉开了也是有几个年头了。上座率还是蛮高的吧，烧烤我点的哪几种还都蛮好吃的吧鱿鱼板、鱿鱼腿、里脊、五花肉都可以，除了鱼香肉丝上的实在是太慢了其他感觉都还可以

来青岛一定要尝的海鲜店！别提多滋了！在这个炎热的夏天来这里聚餐准没错！啤酒配海鲜，别提多爽了！🔸不得不提他家的大虾！光从外观上看起来就很有食欲每只虾的大小匀称，肉质紧实，非常推荐！🔸海鲜全家福饺子颜色鲜艳每一个口味的特点都非常鲜明最爱鲅鱼饺子，鲜的冒汁🔸特色海鲜锅里各式各样的海鲜，太满足了海蛎子壳薄肉大，各个都很新鲜！

云霄路上的餐饮店虽然失去了曾经的辉煌，但是这里还有很多10年以上坚持的老店，凭着经济实惠和口碑坚持经营着。现在还没有到旅游旺季，店家也凭着优惠的套餐来吸引客人，中午和同事团了套餐过来体验一下。店家靠近香港中路这一头，店面非常好找，前面的水槽中养着各种新鲜的海鲜，品种非常的多。到店验券入座，店员给上了水然后等餐。上菜速度还是很快的，豆皮拌的小菜很清口，接着蒜肉油麦菜和水煮肉片上来后，干饭模式正式开启，油麦菜量很大份，火候掌握到正好，嫩且保留着菜香味，健康美食。水煮肉片虽然简单了一点，但是肉还是处理的很嫩，辣味香味一点不缺，下饭！这2道菜基本吃饱的情况下，又上来一份很大容器的海鲜疙瘩汤和一份杂粮玉米地瓜。2个人的餐，3个人基本都够了，最后还有剩余。
