We had the breakfast wraps with toffee Latte&#39;s and we were not disappointed. Good was excellent with quick turnaround and great service with friendly staff. Very professional and courteous. Very well run McDonalds restaurant

Stopped in for a snack on the way back from a meeting. The place was busy, so a bit slow, but everything was cooked fresh to order and hot. I had one of the specials, which was good, as well as cheese sticks. Place was clean, staff were really helpful and friendly and it has a decent sized car park. Can&#39;t really fault it and is better than awful lot of other McDonald&#39;s.

I visited just before new year for a quick bite. Eating out as a coeliac can be worrying as if I get served the wrong thing I my meal it will make me ill. The back of McD&#39;s tray liners has all the dietary information on it so it is easy to see what is in the food if there is something,you need to avoid. Anyway I asked the advice if the staff and they also have a book that that can check for this to advise customers with special dietary needs. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Them place was pretty full and some teenagers just came in and took up a table but didn&#39;t order any food. It seems that some smuggle alcohol in and like to sit in here and stay warm. One of the managers gave them their marching orders, no messing about, just told them they had to leave there and then. Good disciplinary skills he had too. They took of out the door meekly with no cheek. Even the cleaner, a mature lady of around my own age was a real hard worker with a good attitude, engaging with customers but getting the job done well at the same time. You can say what you like about McDonalds but my experience is that their staff put a lot of other customer service businesses to shame with a great attitude and good service. Good job Mc Donald&#39;s in South Queensferry. These visitors from Ireland were impressed.

Over the past month I have been driving my fianc&eacute; into work every Saturday morning to Edinburgh city centre and getting a McDonald&#39;s breakfast on the way home just before coming back over the Forth Road Bridge. The last 3 times I have pulled up to the drive through and asked for my favourite meal at breakfast time which are pancakes. Every time I ask I&#39;m told that there is a problem with their microwave and they can&#39;t be made. Today the 4th time of the month was exactly the same. How can it take one of the biggest fast food chains in the world over a month to fix a bloody microwave!! I felt I needed to come on here and vent and to let others know that if pancakes are your favourite then don&#39;t go here, you will be left unhappy.

This restaurant is our special wee place. It is a wee gem. The staff are all family and look after you like one of their own. The food is fantastic and they will cook it to your taste!! Cannot recommend a better place in Kirkcaldy.. or even Edinburgh!!

Pera - Turkish Mangal &amp; Meze Bar is a Middle Eastern restaurant, great style, the UK is really a gathering place for many national cuisines, great choice, it is found on Trip.com, delicious food has to go to Trip.com! !
