The restaurant was welcoming and the food was out of this world! Well done! The best Lebanese we have tasted for a while! We will be back when in Rouen.

We had a wonderful rainy night at Joubeil.  Visiting Rouen on business and the food and service were great!!

The place is very nice and cosy, the waitresses were nice tooThe food was good in general, the meat was great ! Really . but the sides not so much..Too bad because otherwise everything was perfectYou should try it anyway, recommanded
