In Lincheng, Neiyu, Xingtai County and other places contracted 10,000 mu of barren mountains, built "one district and two bases", that is, poverty alleviation and development barren mountain test area, transportation workers transfer to work diversion base and transportation workers tourism, recuperation, entertainment base, and the Lincheng barren mountain base as a development experimental area.
