Donuts, also known as Dolce and Donna, are a sweet tooth that is fried after mixing with flour, sugar, cream and eggs. The two most common shapes of doughnuts are hollow rings, or closed doughnuts with sweet fillings such as cream and custard (a liquid that is made from eggs). Donuts are also the most popular dessert in the United States, sold at any pastry shop or fast food restaurant, and are loved by children from 5 to 75. In Asia, doughnuts are mostly used as snack foods, but in the United States many people use doughnuts as a staple for breakfast, and even set up "Donut Day".
