Malls and big stores are closing or laying off workers across the United States. This is the "Amazon effect" and while sometimes the convenience of online shopping can save time, if you are in West Hollywood, the Beverly Center is still the place you should go. You can find anything you need here because some things are hard to find or overpriced. Parking is ample and if you have kids it might take some time in a cool atmosphere. I mean, shopping malls are malls, but this is Hollywood.
It is very different from the well-known shopping centers or pedestrian streets in China. The streets are very short two-story small buildings. It is completely invisible to the commercial area of Los Angeles, the second largest city in North America. It was raining on the day of the trip. There were no people in the store or on the road. It looked very deserted.
Absolutely high-end atmosphere! Near Beverly Hills, opposite is the hospital chosen by the famous people and the owners. Recently, the exterior of Beverly Center is being renovated, but the overall exterior wall of the silver streamlined metal-like mesh structure is still very windy!
Whether it's in Century City, or Rodeo Avenue, or Grove. This shopping center is the worst (dishonest and unreliable) choice in architecture, shops and parking. The Beverly Center is an eye-opener. Elevator skips floors, faulty parking machines. Century City has just been renovated and the atmosphere is very peaceful, with hammocks and bamboo decorations. Just like other commenters here. I will skip the Beverly Center. It will be worth your peace of mind.
The first impression of Beverly Mall was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly
