Perfect location, just couple minutes to the beach. The city centre also close, absolutely ideal cleaning service. Great breakfast with grain coffee in their cafe with sea view. Big balcony, big shower. Friendly and Customer orientation staff. Free bottled water every day in the room. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Recommended!

This hotel is one to avoid. We made the mistake of booking for a week. The photos on all the sites looked good. Its a shame most were from other hotels in the same group. Family friendly was in the description. Well if set amoungst adult bars, in a seedy street is ok, then mayby it is. The rooms smelt of sewerage, the pipes banged if someoneflushed a toilet upstairs, the pool was cleaned once during our sray, covid safe cleaning is nil, the rooms are dark, dirty and mouldy. The Hotel management are rude and only worried about getting your money.. Breakfast is in another hotel which you have to walk to. It is poor,not worth the walk. If you want something different besides the 2 choices you get, it costs. You can't even swap a coffeefora hot chocolate forchildren without paying extra. There is no kettle in the room. You are expected to go to reception and buy a ciffee fir 20 baht,but you have to make it in a 150ml papercup. In 20 plus years of Thailand travel, this is by far the worst I have seen.

How sad people give negative reviews of a hotel where all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.. If this street is not to your liking, book somewhere else, all hotels are reasonable. Room was EXCELLENT. Cleaned every day, bed linens and towels changed daily. We are just making our THIRD reservation to this EXCELLENT hotel. Thank you Frederic and staff......

จองห้องพักได้ 3 ห้องในช่วงที่มีคอนเสิร์ตนั่งเล 3 ราคาห้องจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1,200 บาทต่อห้อง ผักได้ 2 คนจึงจองไป 3 ห้องนอน 5 คนได้คูปองทานอาหารมา 6 ใบแต่เรามีกันแค่ 5 คนจึงไปทานด้วยกัน 5 คนทางร้านอาหารที่เป็นดูแลข้าวเช้ากลับให้เราทานได้แค่ 5 คูปองอีก 1 คูปองไม่ให้เนื่องจากเรามีการแค่ 5 คนทำให้เราเสียสิทธิ์ในการทานไป 1 คูปองทั้งๆที่จ่ายห้องเต็มในราคา 6 คน เรื่องนี้รู้สึกไม่แฟร์มากค่ะในการเข้าพักห้องดีบริการดีพี่แม่บ้านบีน้องเคาน์เตอร์ดีมากแต่ร้านอาหารเช้าไม่โอเคเลยค่ะ

Good value for money the stairs are a bit dodgy especially if you carry the suitcase after that it was fine everything works in the room which was large as a nice sea view. All the staff are friendly they don’t speak much English car parking available.

was welcomed into the property , warmly , i stayed on the first floor room was immaculate, all brand new bed / and linen quilt , very comfortable , there was complimentary tea coffee and other refreshments by reception , litterally 100 yards from beach i stayed 6 nights , was well impressed with service , very attentive made me feel at home , no kettle or fridge , but both by reception which was always fully stocked , i’d definitely come back again i always buy own kettle toaster anyway definitely reccimebd , key fob as electronic door closed atfter 8 pm

Chambre propre, vélos mis à disposition, super pour visiter la ville qui possède de très nombreux temples. Marché de nuit à proximité de l'hôtel Le seul inconvénient, la highway est toute proche : demandez plutôt les chambres côté rue face à l'entrée du magnifique Watt

Be very wary of believing the long and glowing writeup this place has on booking sites, I saw none of it true once there, and there is nothing you can do about it. It is on a desolate stretch of the highway and even with a motorcycle it was a 25 minute drive from town. Most of that writeup is very exaggerated, from the amenities, the property grounds, the locations and especially the services. When I arrived I asked to order food (midday), an older woman gave me a menu but with each selection told that they could not make it. So I took macaroni as that was all they would do. Fine, it was food. Next evening (7pm) I went to the front desk and found that woman again (no one in restaurant). When I held up the menu she put her arms in an ”X” in front of her chest and began stabbing her finger in the air in the direction of the highway. I was shocked and devastated that I was being sent as a woman alone to go ride that freeway with trucks and cars in the pitch black to find a way of feeding myself for the night, with only one taillight on a motorcycle for those vehicles to see me. As it stands, it is kilometers down before there is any food sources. And if you think it is difficult to find this accommodation during the day (and it is, it is on a tiny alley, no markings), try finding your way back to your room in pitch black. When you advertise yourself as a resort, live up to what you write the services you offer. When I checked in they should have provided me information of how to eat while there for two days. Even a written page would have been helpful as not being from that area, not even being from that country, you cannot read any obvious signage or know their ways. How much effort would it have taken to let a guest know something of that importance prior to them needing that service? The woman on the front desk made zero effort to assist me, to explain or find someone who COULD explain and help me. but she made it clear she was frustrated with me. When I had walked up she was eating a plate of food she had at the desk. Her needs were served, mine were irrelevant. Just to point out: When I checked out, my next accommodation was in Prachuap Khiri Khan area, and it was the polar opposite. They were extremely friendly, smiling, helpful, brought me some fresh cut mango off a tree in their yard, and they did not speak a word of my language, nor I theirs. THAT is accommodation at its best, and THAT is why I travel. For those experiences of mutual kindness.

ห้องพักสะอาดมาก ห้องใหม่ เตียงใหญนิ่มๆนอนสบายมากกก ที่พักอยู่ใจกลางเมืองติดถนนใหญ่หาง่ายมากๆ ไปมาสะดวก มีของกินข้างหน้า ใกล้เซเว่น เเนะนำเลย ใครมาเพชรบุรี ต้องมานอนที่นี่ พนักงานพูดจาดีมาก😄😄 เเนะนำเลยคับ เจ เฮาส์ 😄😄

The environment is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner works well. The water heater in the shower room also works well. There are two free bottles of water.

The room is good very comfortable bed just the area for shower haven’t cover it makes the floor wet all over

ร่มรื่น สวย และสงบมากๆครับ คุ้มค่าราคา ที่พักสะอาด น่ารักน่าอยู่ครับ เจ้าของก็เป็นกันเอง ยิ้มแย้มครับ สามารถพาน้องหมามาได้ มีที่ถ่ายรูปพักผ่อน ดอกไม้ต้นไม้ ธรรมชาติสบายตาครับ ผีเสื้อบินกันว่อนเลย 55555 ห้องพักก็อยู่ในระดับดีครับ บางห้องที่เตียงนุ่ม อีกเตียงค่อนข้างแข็ง แล้วแต่ความชอบครับ ไม่ได้ติดใจอะไร แอร์เย็นกำลังดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างครบครัน

สะอาด แอร์เย็น น้ำแรง อาหารเช้าเป็นข้าวเหนียวหมูหวาน กล้วยหอม ส้ม ขนมไทย ทางที่พักจัดเป็นเซทห่อไว้ใครไม่ทานตอนเช้าสามารถพกเอาไว้ทานระหว่างทานได้ ที่พักมี2ฝั่ง ได้พักฝั่งติดถนนจะได้ยินเสียงรถจากถนนค่อนข้างชัดเจน

ไปเเบบสบายมากๆที่พักก็ดีมาก!!

If you visit Kaeng Krachan you must stay in Baan Maka Lodge. We were here 4 nights and were happy we booked 4 and not 3. There are so many birds to see (you do need a guide). Not only at the lodge or the park but also in birdhides. Room is simple but clean and no insects in the room. Outside there are so many different insects, reptiles, birds etc to see. Really cool. The food was very good and staff friendly. In future we come back again.
