The check in was a breeze , the problems were sorted by Kate reception personnel , unfortunately it was the next day until engineer arrived , a company of this size should have 24/7 maintenance .

Stayed here for a week, whilst visiting family. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was a great size. The bed was massive! And extremely comfortable - so much so - we didn't want to get up! Lol Breakfast was good - although a choice of egg would have been nice, instead of scrambled each morning. The only other thing that needed improving was the awful coffee from the machine. I had a latte machiato twice - the first was just frothy milk and little coffee - the 2nd was awful - literally ended up with a mouthful of bitter coffee grains. 🤑 However, the price of the hotel, together with the comfortable room, friendly staff and quiet location means we will DEFINITELY return.

All of which are for sole use of our guests.This is a four guest occupancy. No other overnight stays are permitted.Please be aware that we are currently developing the outside of the building and is not yet designed or completed and does not reflect the detail and personal touch of the interior of our home.Guest access is via lock box at the front door of the property. Access is via one single 20cm step and hallways and spaces are wide enough for wheelchair access.Access via the back of the building is not advised at night at present as there are multiple steps to consider and lighting is not adequate. A friendly and well run hotel with a nice bar. Being located beside railway station a real positive. Would definitely book again.
