The stuff and whole team are amazing, very caring and nice, we were so spoiled! The rooms are new and spacious and the pool is great. We had an Incredible Time and the hotel has everything you need and is in front of the beach

As most of the 20-30€ range hotels in Morocco it is not clean at all. Bathroom not clean, shower with fungus, floors with dust, rusted frames, the bed was clean…. It everything else was covered by thick dust layer accumulated through the years. Breakfasts was included in my fare and it was Moroccan which is good, but at least couple fruits options will be good to have. The staff during my stay had no idea about how to treat customers, and the difference in the treat with foreigners was noticeable (In the entire city I saw less than 3 foreigners/tourists, so they probably are not familiar with other cultures). Never disrespectful but with a distance I have never experienced before. It is ok to stay one night but check bathroom and complain if you see what I saw. I will definitely not repeat with them.

THE GOOD SIDE: The food is routinely local and tasty, though it is not possible to comment on the food preparation area, because it is not visible to the guests. The foreigners are not resistant to the street-type food preparation method, and it is of utmost importance that the food served is not polluted. The reception staff is approachable, supportive, and flexible. They will try very kindly to find an option on any question a guest have. But they are attempting to be too kind. Thus, frequently breaking off a dialog with one guest in the middle of a conversation and starting to communicate with another. If it's not an emergency, then this is disrespectful and increases the quality of information exchange. This kind of bad-manner can be improved by proper Guest Service Manager training. THE NOT GOOD SIDE: It is an insult to demand 60 euros per night for this Hotel. Tri-stars are too high-rated and not deserved. The room condition is unacceptable. Photos attached. The findings are as follows: 01. Air Conditioning is included in the bill but not operational. After consulting with the reception and aiming for a perk, their defense was A/C out of order due to the off-season period. (How much is the price for this room in the ON-season period?) 02. Bed sheet found not fresh but worn. 03. The mattress was found filthy and saturated with unknown fluids. 04. Toilet wall brackets loose. 05. Shower cabin tails are filthy. 06. Shower cabin moisture went sagging. 07. Shower cabin glass door attachments are damaged, thus offsetting the glass and causing scratches. 08. The shower drainage is not draining. 09. The door frames are filthy and damaged. 10. The finishing slats are detached. 11. Wall painting traces are visible over the furniture. 12. The toilet-purpose glass is resting on the handwashing bench without a napkin. 13. The shortness of the toilet handwashing faucet makes it difficult to wash hands. 14. Damaged furniture. Worn edges, detached and hanging shelves. 15. The entrance door has no door lock strike plate. 16. Hotel elevator floor level indicator out of order 17. All night, there was a slight but outstanding knocking sound coming somewhere from a nearby room. It was a frequent but not a constant nocking. Tricky to determine the location, which could drive one to insanity. All these deficiencies have been tolerated because of an emergency one-night stay. The current condition is a health risk situation.

Have you ever heard a peacock scream? I hadn’t either until I stayed at this hotel. It sounds like murder. Squawking murder. And it’s a rough way to wake up with the sun. This property has beautiful ocean views, stunning sunsets and is well located. But it also has a number of peacocks imprisoned there, so buyer beware, sleep may not come to you easily (or ever again if you’re haunted by their screams like me). In other rateable components, the room was clean, decent bed and the staff were nice. Parking was easy and felt secure. Breakfast was fine. But for the peacocks, this would have been a much nicer stay!
