Trip.com Malaysia 3.3 Mega Sale Campaign T&Cs
These terms and conditions (“T&C”) apply to the Malaysia 3.3 Mega Sale Campaign, by participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and your continued use of the same shall signify the acceptance and agreement of the terms and conditions.

1. All participants of these promotions are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as varied and/or changed).

All information, including personal information (“Information”) submitted or made known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-my.html (“Privacy Policy”).

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Promoter be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. 6. Trip.com reserves all rights to the final interpretation of this Promotion.
7. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes arising out of this Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion shall be governed by a competent court in Singapore.
8. The Terms and Conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
