  1. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”). By participating in this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms (&) Conditions and the decisions of Trip.com.
  2. PLATFORMS: Bookings must be made via the dedicated partner campaign page on the Trip.com mobile app or website at https://my.trip.com or https://my.trip.com/w/visainfinite (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Page”).
  3. PROMOTION PERIOD: a. Booking Period – 20 September 2025 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive). b. Travel Period – 20 September 2025 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  4. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is applicable only to payments made with Visa Infinite Credit Cards issued in Malaysia. Bookings made with non-Visa Infinite Credit Cards, eWallets, Trip Coins or any other payment methods will not be eligible. Users must log in to a Trip.com account to participate. New users are required to sign up for an account.
  5. DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION: a. The Promotion is valid for Business Class fares only, on selected destinations and selected airlines as listed on the Campaign Page. b. A “One Price” fare applies exclusively to Business Class fares on the selected destinations. It is not applicable to other seat classes or fare types. c. Flight discounts apply to the base fare before taxes, fees, and surcharges. d. Offer is limited in quantity and is available on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited redemption, fares may be sold out on certain dates. In such cases, users are advised to select alternative dates. e. The Promotion is capped at one (1) redemption per user per route, per month, and is also capped monthly across all routes. f. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions that require a promo code and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins. g. Transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (“MYR”). Payments in other currencies are not eligible.
  6. GENERAL: a. Offer is limited and certain flights may be excluded from the Promotion. b. Airline baggage, cancellation, change, refund and endorsement policies apply and may differ by airline. Users must review and confirm the airline’s terms and policies prior to booking. c. If a user cancels, refunds, or changes a booking made under this Promotion, the Promotion will no longer be valid for that booking. Users may make a new booking within the campaign period subject to availability of the Promotion budget. d. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  8. PROHIBITIONS: Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.
  9. RIGHTS RESERVED: Visa and Trip.com reserve the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the Promotion, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  10. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
