Highly recommend this hotel ! We checked in late and the lady who assisted us was well spoken and professional. The villa is spacious and luxurious, the view is the absolute best. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect , it’s secluded and peaceful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, highly recommend any of the fresh fruit juices. The Thai restaurant is delicious and the spa is fantastic. My husband and are already wanting to come back for our one year anniversary. Everything at the hotel is top notch and exceptional.

Everything is up to standards and matches with the high price, except that there were too many ants inside the room. I even saw ants on my bed during sleep. But mosquito control is good enough! Appreciate that they offered welcoming drinks and excellent services even when you're sitting at their private beach and pool.

The room and view are very great! It would be nice if there was a shuttle bus.. Also, the quality of in-villa dining could be better. But the breakfast was fantastic♡

Amazing resort with very helpful and lovely staff. I would like to pass especial thx to Ms. new who is working in reception for her great support and effort to make our stay successful. Beach and activities in the hotel are fantastic. The size of the villa are very nice as well. The resort location are amazing.

Absolutely superb stay in Conrad Koh Samui. The villas are no doubt amazing, every villa enjoys privacy with their own private pool and views to the ocean or the Five Islands, and the villa size is huge as well. We stayed in the Oceanfront villa Room 208, but we had a nice view of the Five Island. Pool in the villa is saltwater. The bathroom is almost the size of the bedroom! There's a (very) huge bathtub in the bathroom, and a separate shower area, and separate toilet with bidet. Going from the villa to the restaurant, spa, lobby, beach would require a buggy as the roads are very steep and it's quite a long walk. Luckily since Room 208 is nearby the restaurant for breakfast as well as access to pool & beach, we can walk and don't need to wait for buggy. When we were there we always get a buggy quite quickly too, no long waiting time. Location is secluded, so it's perfect for a lazy, resort vacation. The drawback is of course it's a bit far from the "city center" and the airport (~45 minutes drive) and convenience store/other restaurants, but this was no problem for us because we just wanted to maximize our time in the resort. Service is impeccable. I'd like to especially mention Goy who served us at Jahn, who made the dining experience much more enjoyable, as well as Jack Huang who helped us during our stay. There are free activities provided including yoga, kickboxing, etc but we didn't get to do it. We went for kayaking which was also free. Other free activities include paddleboarding and snorkeling. Note that the beach & sea is quite rocky so not a lot of corals to snorkel. We went for excursion arranged by the hotel (at an additional rate) to Pig Island & Koh Tan. All in all very enjoyable experience in Conrad, which was a perfect secluded, lazy beach vacation for us.

房間有點點老，不夠智能。另外奉勸大家不要選海景房，位置特別坑還不如便宜的日落房，有遮擋且不方便看日落。衹能説位置的確不錯，服務湊合，也很安靜。但是整體沒有特別讓人滿意。

這個景，啥都不説了，太美了，有生之年系列！一定要定甄選海景，五島盡收眼底！落日美慘了！酒店的服務也很好，每個人都是笑臉相應！當然，唯一的缺點，就是餐食配不上這個景…

整體都不錯，就是房間泳池的水不是很乾凈，有很多人的皮屑漂浮在水裡，蜕皮的皮有的還比較大🫣，希望酒店能加強設施的過濾系統。水上摩託非常刺激👍

早上臨時下單時備註了安靜房間，中午12點多到酒店就已經安排好了角落非常安靜的房間，隔壁是獨行遊客，孩子的沙發床也已經鋪好了，立即入住。比起此次住的蘇梅麗思卡爾頓真強太多了（栗子一直讓我等到3點以後才入住）。在這裏我享受到了完全的天然寧靜，別墅很私密，睡得特別好。前面是大海隔壁是雨林抬頭是星空，遠離喧囂。我沒有聽到任何人聲車聲音樂聲！房間查房可以再提高，有粘的杯子，保險箱和秤都是壞的，三個大叔用了四十分鐘最後給換了新的，打掃衞生第一天的小妹妹非常認真，第二天的兩個人就五分鐘糊弄了一下，享受小妹妹認真打掃的成果了。但這些都是小事。能夠滿足我核心的安靜要求就很棒，已經決定下次來蘇梅還住這裏了。非常感謝前台排房的中國男士經理！
