Excelente hotel, instalação e atendimento impecável. Alimentação eles se esforçam para fazer o melhor dentro das possibilidades de Cuba. Fotos condizem com o local. Recomendo e voltaria!

Fue una excelente experiencia. Vivo en Cuba y reconozco el esfuerzo que realizan todos los trabajadores del Hotel para mantener un nivel de servicio capaz de satisfacer al más exigente de los clientes. De manera general me sentí muy bien. Un solo elemento, que no me gustó fue el acoso de cubanos luchadores en el área de la playa. Este elemento es muy desagradable y siembra inseguridad en los clientes del Hotel.

Cadre idyllique, plage magnifique, espaces communs propre et agréable. Personnels correct et agréable. Le buffet était plutôt bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix, plats chauds, aliments bon et de qualité. La chambre laisse un peu à désirer, pas hyper propre, le nettoyage était fait en surface mais pas en profondeur. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! ☺️

The ride to the resort was a long one. We drove from Santa Clara to the resort. Luckily you won’t have to as they now land in Cienfuegos. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room. The staff is phenomenal, the bartenders, buffet staff are always helpful and smiling. While we were at the resort, it was not booked to capacity due to the low season. Having said that, it had everything we needed. Of course the sea was fabulous. We enjoyed snorkelling off the shore. There were always beds at the ocean, no need to run and save a spot. The a**osphere at the resort was very relaxing. We met some fellow Canadians, some lobster fishermen. We had so much fun with them and their wives. Unfortunately we were only there a week and we will definitely be back for longer next time. We took a day trip to Trinidad, a beautiful trek. The only things that I wish would have been different was that many of the staff didn’t have name tags. I felt that because we were only this here a week we really didn’t have enough time to really get to know them as much as we would have liked to. Oh and our fly day was Friday so we totally missed Cuban day. That is one of my favourite days at the resort. If you are looking for an out of the way relaxing gem with wonderful staff. With an A+ beach where you can snorkel or swim. This is the place for you. A note to all of the staff who took very good care of us, ensuring our holiday was a success. Thank you so very much for your hospitality, we will be back to visit you again♥️

We spent a lovely week at Memories Trinidad Del Mar. this was mostly due to meeting the entertainment manager Yuni! She was so welcoming not only to us but to everyone she meets. She went above and beyond to make our week the fun, relaxing and adventurous vacation we were looking for. She should definitely get a raise, as she was the best staff member. Others that we enjoyed were the staff at the Lobby bar - Team Albertico - Diego, Rachel, Malaurie and Jose Marin. They were friendly and served us well. This is a beautiful resort fashioned after the town of Trinidad. The beach is nice,and the pool okay. The free upgrade we received to diamond club allowed for a nice area (shade tree) on the beach and a great air conditioned lounge by the pool. We we were also able to pass the long lines of locals to get into the special area for meals. This added hugely to the enjoyment of our vacation. When visiting other resorts/areas in Cuba our CAD have been welcome, but here they wanted USD or Euros. Both on resort and in Trinidad they expected an exchange of 2 CAD - 1 USD which is ridiculous! We would definitely bring USD next time. Overall we had a great time, again thanks in large to Yuni and plan to come back again sometime.

Is the best place to come. People are very friendly and the location is perfect. I will recommended to all my friends and family, I fill like home. The restaurant has a very good food. The cocktails are delicious, my friend and I had so much fun and I celebrate my birthday here, was the best. Thank you

Memories Trinidad Del Mar is amazing ! .The hotel has fantastic amenities, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. The beachfront location is breathtaking, and the food is so delicious. I had such a great time there! Highly recommend it. I will come back for sure !!!

Fine hotel, but certainly not special. The evening entertainment is above average, but it ends early. The food is certainly not bad, but a little more variety would be nice. The staff ranged from very friendly (the chamber maids) to unprofessional (the 'supervisor' in the restaurant).

We spent 10 days at the Memories Trinidad. The hotel, Beach, Sun and Staff made for a great vacation. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sara (Client service). Rachel, Irenia, Esmeralda and Jose at the Bar. Yanet, Jose at the buffet and especially, Yaimara who kept our room spotless and wanting for nothing. Susie & Mario

We had a great time at Memories Trinidad Del Mar. The resort is older but very clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and, contrary to some other reviews, we always had hot water. The staff are super-friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. As for the beach - it was absolutely gorgeous! We particularly appreciated the huge trees which provided ample shade and the fact that there were always loungers available. For $15 USD, hotel staff took us out on a hobby-cat 10 minutes from the resort for some great snorkling. There's a public beach a few minutes walk down from the resort where we had a fantastic lunch one day at La Perla Negra. We also loved having the opportunity to visit the city of Trinidad (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) - which we did twice. There's a double decker bus that goes between the resort and Trinidad four times a day ($5 USD return) - would highly recommend. We've been to Cuba several times before (Varadero, Cayo Coco, Santa Maria) and this location was our favourite. We enjoyed everything about the area and the resort and will definitely be back!
