In general the service is good but unstable especially the cleaning part… Always something missing… I stayed for more time a week in the hotel but only day one they had coffee in there… Whenever I called for housekeeping, nobody answered it… that happened a lot in the evening time… Wish they could make improvements about management internally…

Was dissapointed by the services. I specifically booked a non smoking room but was checked into a smoking room! They pretended as if they did not know that the room was in smoking area. Breakfast was nothing to write home about!

鳳凰廣場我又回來了。還是熟悉的前台小姐姐。鳳凰一度走出我的視線，有服務的問題，但位置方便呀，還是可以重新考慮的。

الافضل والوحيد من حيث وجود غرف فندفيه مريحه ومميزه شكرا لكم الغرف ممتازه ومريحه المطبخ كل الادوات موجوده التعقيم قبل استلام الغرفه و الحقائب قريبه من اماكن سياحيه عديده وجود مطاعم قريبه والشاطئ ولي عوده مرة اخرى

Brand new hotel of Hilton group. The location is really nice if you like it quiet. I like staying at Yas Island and I stayed at 5 different hotels at the same area. W hotel, Radisson blue, park Inn, Hilton, rotana… this is good one cuz you can cook simple food and everything is just brand new. Good service from Chinese receptionist Bao.😊

Chose this hotel for the following reasons: -I prefer spacious accommodation and this one offered apartments. -This was well located for our purpose. -Checked reviews on this property. What attracted me was the fact that every review was promptly responded to by the manager of the property. Pre-arrival communication and queries were promptly responded to. Check-in was quick, pleasant and we were upgraded from a Studio to a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfy. Check-out was quick. Cleanliness was good. Noted some minor issues and raised them with the manager. Amenities were decent. Sleep quality was good. Breakfast was included and was good. Had a mid day meal and the quality of the food and service were good. Prices were reasonable. While the staff were polite and friendly, I felt strongly that the management missed some finer training points and do not really hold the concerned staff member responsible. Raised this with the manager who assured us that he would resolve this. I hope this has been done and if so, will delight guests that follow after our stay there. While the property had almost everything that we needed and where practical needs were concerned all boxes were ticked, I feel that it could do with some refreshing, brightening and refurbishments to lift it and raise the mood of guests. Would stay there again.
