Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

The stay, the scenery, the staff, the food, the room, the cleanliness, everything! Was super amazing, my girlfriend and I love it and it was an anniversary trip so it made it really romantic for us both ❤️ Thank you!!!

Is a resort hotel surrounded by nice greenery. Certain facades were damaged by previous cyclone Typhoons, repairing now the damaged structures. A very big room n breakfast despite less people but has wide spread of variety.

每次介紹超過六千元的國旅住宿，就會被說：「盤子、寧願出國旅遊」； 不過這次我又來花蓮當盤子了，因為有花蓮住宿補貼，還訂到旅展專案一泊二食優惠，只花了7999元！一起來開箱剛開幕一年的花蓮潔西艾美渡假酒店。 感想五點速讀： 1.本覺得價格虛高，但硬體質感真的不錯 2.除了入住櫃檯之外，不少服務人員的訓練有待加強 3.房間質感好，空間寬敞，高樓層可以賞山或海景 4.住房率很低，任何設施都包場，但餐飲服務時間過短 5.泳池、戶外溫水按摩池、室內半露天溫泉、三溫暖，構成不錯的渡假水療配套 /Check-in/ 1.入住大廳美輪美奐，台灣少數無土豪氣質的高級飯店大廳 2.大廳中央巨型木作延伸到整個空間，猶如生命樹般壯觀 3.巧妙又節制地運用原住民圖騰，整體風格在地又國際 4.抵達後即引導顧客坐著辦理入住 5.空間極大，人再多也不太會互相干擾 6.整間飯店瀰漫著一股艾美香氣 7.公用洗手間沒有免治馬桶 /房型/ 經典海景房 1.46平方米空間寬敞舒適，格局巧妙 2.善用落地窗帶入光線，整個房間明亮通透 3.席夢思床大又好躺，183x203cm～大きい 4.乳膠枕太高，仰睡我容易落枕，改側睡才睡著 5.55吋LG薄邊框電視，左右輕鬆大轉45度 6.浴缸大到兩個男生躺進去也不擁擠，還看得到電視 7.備品採用MALIN+GOETZ，香氣淡雅 8.PANASONIC潤奈米水離子吹風機風力猛猛 9.B&O藍芽音響，聽音樂不用忍耐手機揚聲器 10.沒有瓶裝水，可以用房間的水瓶到走道裝水 /餐食/ ＜至寶軒中餐廳晚餐＞ 1.專案一泊二食，平時要價1680＋10% 2.因為網路上評價潔西艾美餐食不行，本來是抱著看笑話的心態來吃，沒想到笑話竟是我們自己。 中餐套餐美味度不錯，剝皮辣椒雞湯非常好喝，且份量、食材高級度都控制得不錯。 3.服務人員一位顧全場，雖然用餐顧客很少，但看得出來她非常疲憊，且態度隨興。整個用餐過程也沒有提供衛生紙或餐巾，主動要求才會給。 ＜早餐＞ 1.早餐幾乎可以包場了，平日沒什麼人 2.雖然沒人，餐點也是很豐盛 3.美味度普普，不過用餐環境極美 4.餐廳人手感覺不足，昨天晚餐服務人員，今天早餐繼續在外場服務。終於找到她昨晚態度不佳的原因了，這樣真的不會過勞嗎？ 希望業主盡量注意員工的身心狀態，別讓員工過勞。 /飯店設施/ ＜健身房＞ 1.非常寬敞通透，還運用鏡面擴大空間視覺 2.器材完善，而且沒人使用 ＜休閒室＞ 1.有四組switch跟大電視可以玩 2.有幼兒閱覽室、小童球池、物理遊戲車車 3.有小型溜滑梯 ＜水療、泳池＞ 1.泳池夠長夠深，看不到海景 2.戶外泳裝水療池有兩區，有按摩水療 3.裸湯也有，且設計成半露天，非常舒適 4.溫泉水質體感是夜間優於清晨 5.三溫暖環境極佳，挑高且有高級感 6.男性這邊沒有給任何乳液或化妝水，只有提供吹風機，吹完頭髮後臉會非常乾 7.沒有免治馬桶 8.櫃體裡提供室內拖鞋，但服務人員沒有說明使用後要自行放置在毛巾丟棄區，這邊提醒大家使用後濕濕的別塞回櫃子 /心得/ 這家飯店剛開業時，那天價令我嗤之以鼻。 雖然掛上了全球艾美酒店裏僅20家的Resort牌，但位於市區的位置更令它渡假村定位顯得尷尬。 這次趁著花蓮住宿補貼初夜扣1000，二夜扣1500，再加上飯店一泊二食8999專案價，才以合理的價格入住。一泊二食的晚餐是中式套餐，美味度也是相當不錯，平時要價一人1680＋10%。 我必須承認，以前小看它了。它有許多硬體質感細節是網路上的照片感受不到的，入住時也有渡假的感受。 可惜除了櫃檯之外，人員訓練普遍不佳，大概是住房率低，砍薪資預算導致。雖然這是家硬體優質，軟體欠佳的飯店，由於價格變得合理，且期待已久的溫泉設施總算開放了，現在正是這家飯店最佳的入住時機。 如果一直有在觀望的朋朋，或許可以考慮近期來住一下，目前已是物有所值；不同意的朋朋，我們不要吵架，你永遠是對的。

1. 在攜程上預訂時特意選擇了比普通海景房更貴的豪華套房，但在前台時被告知並非海景房。吃驚之餘仔細查看下，原來還有“豪華海景套房”在被自動隱藏的頁面下方。總而言之，其“沁海館”之名，攜程推薦房型之順序，以及示例圖片中大片藍天之與海色相似，易讓人產生誤解。望酒店及平台加註“非海景”大標簽，旅客們也得多多留心宣傳中的細節。 2. 酒店奉行環保政策，毛巾拖鞋自然差強人意。其他硬件較新，沒有瓶裝水但有minibar（特色檸檬水和茶不錯）。早餐豐盛有一定特色，但人較多空間略顯狹窄 3. 雖然衹是很小的一點，但還是想專門提及：酒店並無禮賓服務提送行李到房間。作為新開飯店，這一點卻不及台北高雄許多老飯店有人情味。旅客當然可以拉着行李走很遠的旅途，但若能空手輕鬆走進房間不失為行程中一絲慰藉

This hotel is right next to the train station. This is Very convenient for travelers passing through or joining tour groups for the Taroko gorge day trip as the tour groups and busses will meet at the train station. The hotel is nice and clean and has a decent breakfast. We stayed for two nights in Hualien and it had everything we needed.

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

Hotel provides free afternoon tea and snacks for guests, as well as supper. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel emailed us as we had left some items in our rooms while hurriedly packing our bags. My sister and I were caught in the earthquake on 0403. Thanks to the professional front desk agents, we were able to get to the train station in hope of catching an afternoon train back to Taipei. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 3 hours, we were informed that all trains were cancelled. Our guide, Mason, who took us on the Taroko gorge tour the day before, was super super kind and helpful who went out of his way to rent a car and drove all 7 of us from the tour group to Kaohshiung. We spent the night there before taking the hsr to Taipei. Mason is truly exceptional, authentic and passionate. We are really grateful to Mason. Indeed, we are blessed to have met kind hearted souls in Hualien. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Hualien, Taiwan.

設備完善的度假飯店，房間很大又有不同的枕頭可以選擇，早餐也很好吃，最重要的是早餐時間竟然到12:00～～ 對我們這種慢吞吞的懶人超級友善😌

從飯店接駁的車上、預約叫車的計程車上、房間內、SPA區、各樓層的走廊都可以聞到精心準備的精油香味，讓準備步入飯店的心情都沈澱了下來，很棒的體驗！ 壽星的加購佈置也很令人驚喜！都是用可以重複使用的蠟燭裝飾物、緞帶毛巾和新鮮的花瓣，很符合飯店的理念！ SPA區的高規格和隱密性很令人讚賞！按摩師也非常專業，按摩手法很特別，感覺著重在放鬆和舒壓，是會安心地睡著。 飯店提供的餐點也很合我的胃口，很健康又好吃，沒有太多的大魚大肉，但都是用心烹調的在地食材！ 以後去花蓮玩，都會想再入住殃悅美地！
