We know this hotel from earlier stays and also this time it was very pleasant to stay there. The room was nice, breakfast is good, the location of the hotel is good (just some minutes walk away from the city center). Parking your car can be a problem as the parking is limited. Just a little side-note for them to improve: Apparently this is a so-called 'green' hotel these days. This means they do not clean your room every day in order to save water. Basically this is a good approach, but guests need to get this told very clearly when checking-in rather than finding out that the room is not cleaned when you come back in your room at the end of the day.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) waren beruflich 4 Nächte im Komfort Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr nett und auch sonst war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Was uns allerdings gestört hat war der Duschvorhang - hier wäre eine ordentliche Duschwand viel besser. Auch gibt es im ganzen Zimmer nirgends USB Anschlüsse um sein Mobiltelefon zu laden - sollte in einem Business Hotel schon vorhanden sein. Am Frühstücksbuffet durfte man sich nicht selbst bedienen (Corona Auflagen) was leider dazu führte, dass die einzige Mitarbeiterin schon ziemlich gestresst war und man zum Teil länger warten musste - ist natürlich nicht optimal wenn man einen Geschäftstermin hat aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Die Mitarbeiterin war trotz allem immer nett und sehr bemüht. Der Bahnhof ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch sonst kann man zu Fuss viele Lokale und Geschäfte erreichen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Das nette, zentral gelegene Hotel ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 5) ist klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist freundlich und professionell. Vom Hotel ist man schnell am Marktplatz, wo es einige nette Restaurants gibt. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist auch okay.

A good place to stay a few nights. Not too far away from the city center. The parking situation around the hotel is not that great. There is only a limited number of places, a few hundred meters away from the hotel and costly (0.80EUR for 20 minutes) and partially limited to 2 hours during work days. Using the hotel's own parking lots is probably a good idea. The room itself was clean, large and quiet. The air coditioning was doing a good job and could also be switched off completely if desired. The staff was very friendly and competent. The check-in and check-out was done in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was in-line with other hotels. Considering the low number of guests we met, the amount and variety was OK.

Ein tolles Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal, das auch auf Sonderwünsche - wie Barrierefreiheit - wunderbar eingeht! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist Top! Das Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Bett war auch groß dimensioniert und hatte eine angenehme harte Matratze, auf der es sich gut schlafen ließ. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ein Frühstückbuffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Zum Bahnhof sind es fußläufig keine 10 Minuten.

Lage: es liegt neben dem Schloss Monrepos mit See, einem Weingut des Herzog von Württemberg, einem Golfplatz und inmitten eines wunderschönen Parks. Die Autobahn und Bundesstraße ist in der Nähe, aber weder hört noch sieht man die. Es ist ein Ruhepol umgeben von pulsierendem Leben und shoppen in angemessener Entfernung. Fahrradwege gibt es wunderbare. Spaziergänge sind ebenfalls traumhaft möglich. Klar, tagsüber ist dadurch auch sehr viel los - nicht im Hotel aber drumrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr modern (grau/weiß) . Mir gefällt das sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist ein 2 stöckiger, aufgelockerter Flachdachbau. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und sehr gut ausgebildet. Sauna und Fitness ist sehr modern und ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist von hervorragender Qualität- wird im Wintergarten kredenzt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einzig, einige (erstaunlicherweise oft Senioren) halten die Coronaregeln nicht ein /am Buffet ohne Maske! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

We didn´t expect to have air conditioning at ibis budget, but we were so glad about this due to temperatures around 38C degrees at our stay! The room was very okay, we had everything we needed in it. We didn´t have to change the room despite of two different bookings for two nights - thank you for that. The room got a bit wet at the floor due to the air conditioning in both double rooms we had.

Stayed only the one night with my husband and son, we had a gorgeous room that facilitated the three of us, the decor throughout the hotel was fab, modern and comfortable, great choice at the Breakfast buffet and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our son was feeling a little unwell and passed out at the breakfast table and the staff were amazing, they were so quick to respond, they called an ambulance and helped with keeping him comfortable. They let us stay passed the checkout time so he could rest and even gave him a gift, a teddy bear and a get well card, we were very impressed to say the least ❤️
