very good value for money, good apartment, very friendly staff, good facilities. Pity the whole terrain is covered by concrete, not very environmetally friendly. Minus: for a touristy place, they only have French channels on tv. Not very welcoming or entertaining for non French people. Same minus in Odalys Lyon. And please keep the floors of the balconies and elevator clean: they look shabby.

Tous les avis sont conformes horrible ! Nous fréquentons chaque années avec plus de 120 nuitées pratiquement tous les Appart'city de France et de Belgique... Mais là, nous venons de vivre la plus mauvaise expérience ! A savoir : Accueil déplorable, la Jeune Dame originaire de Saint-Gilles dans le Gard n'est pas faite pour ce métier, insolente, aucune empathie, un manque total d'appréciation de clients coutumiers de cette enseigne, un conseil de professionnels commerciaux, essayez plutôt un emploi au Supermarché Carrefour, il recherche des mises en rayons !, là au moins vous n'aurez pas à faire à la clientèle !!!! Mobiliers intérieur cassés Douche bouchée Pas de vaisselle Pas de Fourchette Pas de Verre Et surtout ! Blocage du portail extérieur ne permettant pas la sortie du parking ! Le Samedi 21 Octobre nous avons été bloqué à l'intérieur plus d'une heure. Nous prévenons le siège central d'Appart'City. Vivement que cet établissement ferme et qu'ils arrêtent de rouler leurs clients, Nous pensons que le personnel organise volontairement une d'échéance commerciale et relationnelle, afin d'obtenir l'arrêt de cette activité. Dommage, car ailleurs, aucun problème avec Appart'City ! Bref, n'y m'était pas les pieds,

Great little apartment in a great location, short walk to shopping centre, the gentleman on the desk and the night security man were absolutely lovely, made us feel welcome and safe, also has a pool, sauna and gym

We spent fourteen nights here in a spacious ground floor apartment but felt the whole facility needed to be modernised and upgraded. Our room had excellent air conditioning but no working safe and a sliding entrance window that on most occasions refused to lock properly. We had to raise and lower industrial style metal shutters to make the place secure. It took more than three days before anyone came to look at the problem and even then the difficulty remained. The reception area is gloomy, old fashioned and open only for very restricted hours. Most of the time it felt pretty abandoned. We did like the tropical tree-planting which created a shady central garden area and the pool was inviting enough, albeit without any on-site catering apart from some vending machines. The rooms would benefit from having washing machines - we didn't much like the small washing room where one had to pay extra to wash and dry clothes. All in all, we felt that the residence was run by a penny-pinching management that was desperately trying to cut costs while trying to create the impression of offering a high quality service that simply wasn't provided.
