1ere expérience dans ce nouvel établissement à proximité immédiate du zénith et d Atlantis. Accueil très chaleureux et agréable. Du personnel aux petits soins. Chambre correcte, un peu petite pour du standard mercure mais l essentiel y est. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec produits frais et fait maison : yaourts, jus de fruits, gâteaux…et des œufs brouillés excellents. Parking payant en sous-sol. 2 prises pour véhicules électriques, ça fait un peu juste d autant plus qu elles sont en 7 kw. Bref une belle découverte. Nous reviendrons.

J’ai trop aimé j’ai fait l’escale en venant de paris, je suis arrivé à 1h du matin, l’hôtel était propre! C’était un bon plan de dernière minute !

A great hotel. Nice room and nice bathroom, everything is clean, the bed is comfy and the hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is also pretty good and they take many precautions with regard to covid. We paid 56 € for a double room and 10 € each for breakfast. Very convenient

Had a great overnight stay Whenever we travel through France to Spain we choose Campanile. Only been let down once when what had been Campanile was no longer between booking and our arrival. They have a consistently good standard of room, perfect for overnight on a road trip. The restaurants are always good too as evidenced by locals coming in to eat. This one was superb and if we travel this way again is a definite stop over. Corinne who booked us in gets a special mention😃 We were very early having driven in from Roscoff that morning and as we expected our room wasn’t ready and we expected to wait. Bless her, she went out to check, came back and worked magic and switched us to a room that was ready. Absolutely excellent service which made us feel so welcome. Merci Corinne! We had a lovely dinner and again a brilliant server. Sadly, I forgot to get her name ( Christine?) but despite our very poor French and her best possible English she was cheery, funny, and totally delightful. Please tell her!!! She also served us beers earlier!😃 Floriene ( hope I remember that right) sorted our bill brilliantly, so again , Merci! Had a really good, welcoming stay.

Très dessus, à Eviter même à fuir. Pour un déplacement professionnel de 5 nuitées (du 30/10 au 04/11), j'ai réservé deux chambres le 23/10 à 18h30 par téléphone, le prix annoncé était pour deux chambres à 412€50, trouvant ce prix très interessant j'ai repassé un appel à 19h00 pour confirmer les conditions ce que la personne m'a bien confirmé. mon sejour une fois terminé je passe à l'accueil la personne me dit qu'elle ne trouve pas la deuxième chambre dans son logiciel et qu'elle doit cherché plus. après vérification elle fini par trouver et m'annonce le double en tarif, lui expliquant la situation elle me dit qu'un stagiaire a déjà fait cette erreur et qu'elle allait voir avec pour ne pas refaire cette erreur mais qu'elle va tout de même débiter mon compte du double du prix annoncé. Je trouve ça malhonnête, car si dès le début on m'aurait annoncé ce prix je n'aurai peut-être pas réservé surtout que d'autres hôtels sont dans le secteur avec des services meilleurs. Concernant les chambres elle ne sont pas exceptionnelles, avec un réel défaut d'isolation, une des chambres avait même un problème de chauffage... Bref très déçu de ce séjour et de ce traitement.

We stay at the Bho Hotel 2 or 3 times a year when we visit Nantes and the fact that we return says a lot. The breakfasts are great, the staff super friendly and the rooms always clean. However there is one consistent problem and that is the lack of electric sockets in the bedroom to charge a computer, tablet, phone etc and the fact that the main one exists above a fold down desk that you’re obliged to close, (& hence becomes unusable), at night due to the light that comes on when open. This would be easy to fix by an electrician as it is mounted on a modular panel so double sockets and a light switch would be easy to install. However, I fear we will be required to find an alternative hotel for future visits as we have ordered an electric car and the hotel hasn’t had the foresight to install a charger. I wonder how many other customers choices will be changed by this ever approaching constraint and how long the hotel will take to catch on for the requirement of this minimal investment. Hopefully not too long before other regular customers have changed their habitual place of stay too.
