Beautiful hotel located in centre of Bromley. Easy access via remote key 🔑 to both hotel and room! Lovely touch with GHD hairdryer and straightener! Only downside is the parking is a walk away in a public carpark .. late night returning to hotel solo would be a concern! Fabulous restaurant/bar attached is Dorothy and Waller unfortunately breakfast not available Monday/Tuesday

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

Good clean ,very nice , Antria was very helpful, best in communication and service, there is free parking space, highly recommended, good location ‘ nearby crystal palace park,nice view, nice clean sheets and towels. Really loved the whole experience. Affordable, good for value

Friendly staff & central location. Parking included, that is where the 1* star ends. Room 4 deeply unpleasant with the smell of smoke. All windows open upon arrival, clearly trying to air the room. Several deep cleans would be ambitious to get rid of the smell. Waking up throughout the night feeling sick from it. Good job I had my asthma inhaler with me. My wife and I only had one tea mug between us and one glass to share for water. The kettle we didn't use until the morning when I flicked the lid there was brown flakes inside. Rinsed it a few times, made a cup and decided to leave it. No bin provided in the room. Upon arrival there was only half a toilet roll provided. So one of us had to wait. Signage- in case of fire please leave immediately notified if the alarm sounds its a continuous sound. There is NO building/evacuation map on the internal door as there should be legally, in any guest room of where the assembly point is . Not sure if the door to the room was a fire rated door. Was too light and may cause a fire to spread quicker. Smoke alarm in room. With the smell of smoke in this room I question if its connected. Bed was soft. Too soft, poor sleep. We were visiting friends out in Bromley for a birthday & all we wanted was a room that was clean and had the basics, enough toilet roll, a cup and glass each, clean kettle and bin. This hotel has heaps of great potential and staff are friendly. All it needs is the basics. Get rid of the 1980s duvet too! The rest of the decor. OK Chose to eat out for breakfast as felt not clean enough and just wanted to leave. Hope the hotel can resolve all of the above would love them to succeed.

Our key cards locked us out of our room 6 times out of the 8 nights we stayed here. My boyfriend's name was deleted from the booking (so we were told) so, the reception attended would not recode his key card when I wasn't with him (she eventually did but it took a half hour of trying to convince her; I was asleep). Housekeeping only cleans the rooms when requested by guest before noon and when they actually have one to do it. Wifi is terrible. No washcloths provided. Very noisy, both from the slamming of doors and the construction site our room faced. Very budget hotel. On the other hand, the bed is comfortable and the water is hot. It's very walkable to shops, restaurants and the train station.
