バスタブありの部屋を予約したはずが無かったり（交渉して変えてもらえました）、ルームサービスのメニューが古いものだったり、日本から来ると「どうしてそんなことが起きるの？？」と思うようなことが起きますが、そこはまあアイルランドなので……。接客や部屋の清潔感、設備には何も不満ありません！また利用したいです。

Recently stayed here with my niece. The experience was brilliant from the get go from arriving at reception and greeted by Kevin Nelligan who was very pleasant and friendly. He was very helpful in providing us with the necessary needs when having a toddler stay in the hotel. When went up to the room was a lovely spacious room with a lovely view of the river. The following morning went down for breakfast and were met by the pleasant Chloe Leahy who was very nice and pleasant made it as easy an experience as possible when dining with a toddler

Booked for one night, staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean , shaver plug did not work and the bathroom sink tap wouldn’t stay turned on, unless open at its fullest and then water spilled out onto the floor. Breakfast was like warm, but other selection of cereal, juice, yogurt and cheese was nice. Would stay again Conveniently located

I am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home. The employees were quite kind and helpful too. Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into. I will return for sure.
