Lovely hotel and very close to the train station - everything was great except the wifi was none existent so had to go outside to the centre if I needed to use wifi. Breakfast was lovely.

Oriana Homèl is an absolute gem! It’s hard to pick out one fine attribute since everything is so excellent. It’s not possible to find a better location either. Located in the historic part of Verona; Oriana is positioned on a quiet street a few blocks away from the Arena, great shopping and fine restaurants. The apartments are nicely appointed with comfy beds, great air conditioning and large bathrooms. The staff is super helpful as well. If we come back to Verona someday, Oriana will be our first choice for lodging. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful visit!!!

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. When choosing a hotel, you want it to be central to all the main attractions but equally, you want the hotel to be of a decent standard. Happy to say that Best Western Delivered. A short distance from the Arena, Guiletta's House (balcony), Tomb, The fountain, Tower etc. Nicole on reception was great, as was her other female colleague (who's name escapes me right now). They provided recommendations for restaurants, hotels and were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Taxi from the airport is approx €30-40 depending on how any are in the taxi. We.can highly recommend using the BIT electric scooters once in central Verona. We spent €10 each for the whole weekend and still had money left on the scooter app when we left. Cheap, easy not to mention a fun way to get around the city. The ”Anselmi Cafe” in Central Verona is a lovely place to eat. Fresh food, great service. Some of the others not so great. Any how, Best Western cost my wife and I €394 for 3 night included breakfast, 2 of the those days we had it trollied directly to the room for an additional €5pp. Having seen the sites of Verona, its unlikely we'd be back but 100% recommend this hotel and Verona in general.

Great room, great service. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were of a good size. No question but the location was very convenient in the center of the city. You could go tour, come back and relax, and go out again. No transportation needed to visit all the sites at the center of the city. The included breakfast was fantastic and the service at the restaurant was unbelievable.

الغرف ضيقه وتعبانه ،، فقط الشي الجميل في الفندق هو وجبة الافطار ممتاز اما الباقي كل شي سئ وسعر الغرفه غالي جدا وكذالك الباركن للسياره جدا غالي ،، مقارنة بالغرفه الضيقه ،، لم استمتع بالاقامه بالفندق وعكس ما توقعت تمام غير ذالك نظافة الغرف هنالك كثير من الحشرات ،، اتمنى معالجتها

cute place in the middle of the old town verona very accessible to all the restaurants bars and shopping streets and the rooms was very spacious only three minutes away from juliettes house

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms , very convenient to a family. Very good breakfast Great location And most important, wonderful staff. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. We highly recommend the hotel Thanks you

Molto consigliato! Camera molto pulita, comoda, c'è addirittura vasca, vista bella! Complimenti alla Reception, ragazze e ragazzo bravissimi. Prezzo giusto, colazione di varia scelta, location NON centrale (consiglio autobus per arrivare al centro) però zona tranquillissima. Da migliorare forse qualche dettaglio in più : come set di più cose da bagno, pantofole, inoltre TV si blocca ogni tanto ( bisogna inserire una specie di pin per sbloccarla anche se non ho avuto tempo di guardarla).

Foi simplesmente incrivel a estadia que eu recebi ai, fiquei impressionado positivamente e voltaria mil vezes denovo, tudo muito bonito, organizado e muito bem localizado, fica bem no centro da cidade o que faz ser mais agradável a estadia, tudo voce faz la perto, tem todo o comércio e principalmente ao lado da arena coisa mais lindo, o hotel em si muito bem construído e sempre tinha alguem ali para atender a gente, o quarto é a coisa mais fofa e super arrumado, o cafe da manhã é muito gostoso e tem várias opcao, eu amei tudo do hotel estao de parabens e as pessoas que trabalha la extremamente simpáticos!!! 💕
