Удобное расположение, практически в самом центре, в пешей доступности рестораны ТЦ магазины, все что нужно. Три дня проживание получились в рублях порядка 8 тысяч. За эти деньги был предоставлен великолепный номер а также включены завтраки. В номере качественный ремонт и отделка. Хорошая большая мягкая кровать, панорамные окна, кондиционер, хорошая дорогая мебель, отличная ванна. А также все расходники: мыло, шампунь, халаты, полотенце. Всем рекомендую, сервис отличный6 обязательно приеду еще раз.

Интернет с перебоями. Матрасы самые дешевые, чувствуются пружины. Горячая вода не всегда есть. На ресепшене некомпетентные сотрудники. Рублями оплата 1к1. Шведский стол не рассчитан на кол-во человек в отеле. Овощи не свежие. Соответствует фото

Забронировал отель из за расположения , он практически в центре . Сейчас уже понимаю , что в Бишкеке надо брать отели ближе к горам , не стоит брать в центре . (Очень шумно и много пыли ) У отеля плохая звукоизоляция : и от внешнего шума и от внутренних звуков . Номер: большой , чистый , но ... мое впечатления - не уютный . Есть ряд замечаний к номеру : очень сложно отрегулировать воду , не очень удобный матрас , Маленькая и неудобная раковина . Завтраки - очень и очень скудные ... Персонал - обучен , старателен , реагирует на просьбы гостей . Общее впечатление : при отсутствии альтернативы - можно пару дней пожить , но если есть варианты лучше - я бы выбрал бы другой отель !

Это грустная история. 4 звёзды отель себе присвоил, вероятно, на том основании, что в нем есть бассейн. В остальном же - это Бог весть что. Местоположение прекрасное, под окнами вечная пробка и гудки. При поселении взяли деньги за ранний заезд. Всё бы ничего, но сначала поселили, а уже потом взяли. Карточку дали одну на двоих и на просьбы дать вторую, поскольку это просто нормально, а иметь одну карточку ненормально и неудобно, ответили, что нет, мол, не положено. ********. Стульчак от унитаза живёт отдельно. Кабина в душе закрывается наполовину, потому что дверь попросту у́же проёма, дверь в туалет не закрывается вовсе. Кондиционер шумит, но не вентилирует. Холодильник просто шумит. А розетка в номере одна, спрятанная за холодильником. В общем, комфорта не ждите. Не для того существует этот суровый бишкекский отель, чтобы вы а нем расслаблялись, понимаете ли. В тонусе надо быть, товарищи!

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Otel genel olarak gayet güzel ve yeterliydi.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Resepsiyondakiler Türkçe konuşuyor.Kahvaltısı güzel ve yeterli.Butik bir otel.Konumu fena değil,yakınında Asia Mall avm var.Bana göre tek sıkıntı pencerelerde stor perde var ve dışarıdan gelen ışığı yeterince engellemiyor,güneşli günlerde uyumak zorlaşıyor.

Three-week solo business stay in March-April 2022. Perfectly clean room with modern fixtures and furniture. Fast and reliable wi-fi throughout hotel. Very high-quality breakfast included with room, with diverse, tasty, hot and cold buffet options as well as eggs, pancakes, etc. cooked to order. Small but well-equipped fitness room with weight machine, stair climber, treadmill, free weights. Very quiet location but within close walking distance from city center, Erkindik greenway, many great restaurants, supermarket, etc. Considering all this as well as price, I think that it would be difficult to find a better option, even among hotels with more famous international names nearby. The staff are all very professional and genuinely happy to help. Over my long stay, I felt fortunate to receive excellent service from Kymbat, Asel, and Ayana at the front desk, as well as Timur, Samat, and Azamat in the restaurant. All these staff members worked with admirable efficiency and energy even though they seem to work extremely (perhaps excessively) long shifts. I hope that management recognizes their great work, perhaps with overtime pay for the longest shifts, and gives them a chance to rest during the slow times in the middle of the night! I am sorry not to have noted the housekeepers' names (they do not have name tags, but still I regret not asking), but they always did perfect work and should be recognized too.

This is strong local hotel in a good location. We had a large room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Twin beds which were comfortable and an en suite shower room with a hot water boiler in the room - made a strange noise but didn't stop me sleeping! Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Best thing about the hotel is the small courtyard garden at the back, lovely for a shady sit. Breakfast buffet has something for western and local tastes - enjoyed home made jam and cakes. Bananas and boiled eggs to fill you up! Location of the hotel is great. There is a small supermarket across the road and up a bit. A pub is on the same side of road one block up. You can walk into the city from here. We also walked to the market too. A good base from which to explore Bishkek and from which to see more of the country.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly and attentive English-speaking staff who helped with our luggage on arrival and arranged a taxi for our onward journey on departure. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was huge and very comfortable indeed. The whole hotel is decorated and furnished to a high standard and a great deal of thought has clearly gone into its design. The location is fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere from it. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would have happily stayed for longer.
