Well maintenaned in prime loaction comfortable rooms and staff is polite and friendly. The property has good ambience, however faced mosquitos issue. Overall the property offers a eaceful and comfortable stay.

I booked 2 rooms online. When checked-in we were welcomed by dirt on bedsheets, non functional wash basin, toilet jet. After asking them to change bedsheets 2 times, we got it changed. Despite following up for non functional washbasin and jet, we did not get it changed till 11pm. Finally at 11pm hotel staff asked us to move to another room, which was better in cleanliness. booking mentioned no single and many other rules, but at 10 pm there were people smoking, drinking and sitting outside their rooms.

The checkout time is only 12 hours it is not favor to me, the hotel authority also strictly adhered. I had occupied @ 11. 44 pm on 8th and the hotel authority asked me to vacate the room before 12. 00 noon even though the they mentioned in receipt 12. 00 pm on 9th as lockout time. Hereafter i won't keep anytransaction.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel palace in madurai for few hours till night. And my experience was nothing short of excellent. My visit was primarily for v log shoot at the famous madurai meenakshi temple, and the hotel palace to be an ideal base for this purpose. Warm & welcome staff from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and proffesional hospitality. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and always eager to assist. Whether it was the front desk personnel or the room attendants's, everyone displayed a commedable level of service. They ensured that all my needs were met promptly, making me feel right at home. Impeccable cleanliness the cleanliness of hotel was top-notch. Comfortable & couple friendly environment i was particularly pleased to note that the hotel is couple friendly, making it a great choice for both solo travellers and those traveling with a buddy. In summary, my stay at the hotel palace in madurai was exceptional. The excellent staff behavior. Comfortable rooms. Thank u hotel palace management, for a comfortable stay. I look forward to visiting again.
