Excellent, propreté et confort, le petit déjeuner compris dans ma réservation sous forme de buffet très bon et bien varié, départ tardif raisonnable gratuit (14h00) Les points négatifs: check-in une heure d’attente, léger retard pour faire le ménage quotidien des chambres, pas de navette de transfert aéroport-hôtel et hôtel-aéroport.

La struttura non sarebbe male, ma è molto datata e poco curata. Il bagno ha una vecchia vasca senza tenda o box e l'acqua non è mai calda. Si trova a 8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Beau Vallon, unico lato positivo. La carenza totale di servizi ci ha lasciati allibiti: nonostante ******* segnalasse la possibilità di avere la colazione a pagamento, la mattina di Natale (nostra unica notte di soggiorno) ci è stato detto che non era possibile; abbiamo vagato in ogni direzione per trovare qualcosa di aperto e non abbiamo trovato nulla. Il wi-fi è penoso. Comunicare con la proprietaria è stato difficilissimo e in generale si è disenteressata di noi: siamo partiti in taxi e non è nemmeno uscita a prendere le chiavi o a salutare. Non lo consiglio.

First and foremost, the hotel location is breathtaking. It is located on a beach called  ”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel. Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap. This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island. Overall great experience, would totally recommend this hotel if you can afford it !

Wir waren keine Gäste des Hotels sondern haben nur das kreolische Restaurant besucht. Preislich gesehen sehr hoch angesetzt, zu recht wie wir finden. Top Qualität und super nette Bedienung ließen uns einen schönen Aben dort verbringen.

Place is super cozy and same time modern. Rooms are clean, and hotel by itself quite new! For my opinion much more better than big hotels or resorts, everything what you need can find in the room. Set up of the room nice as well! Staff are friendly. If there is chance will come back again :)
