What can I say…. What a lovely hotel to stay at. Super nice staff, the buffet food is probably the best I’ve had in any all inclusive hotel I have stayed. There is an excellent array of food all presented exquisitely as you can see by the photos. The rooms are very clean and the maids provide an excellent service coming round cleaning and changing towels daily. The hotel is also impeccably kept with nothing out of place we were very impressed. We also had a few special requests one of which we asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be put in the room for us on a couple of occasions which the manager happily fore filled for us. A couple of minor down points (if you can even call it that) is the swim up rooms only see about 4 hours of sunshine which isn’t a huge problem as the main pool is well and truly under the sun by that point. The only other thing I could say that could be done better was some alcoholic drinks (Prosecco/white wine) in the mini bar. Other than that what a super hotel. We have already booked again for next year and are looking forward to coming back again. Thanks to everyone at the Barut Andiz for a lovely stay. See you next year

Öncelikle otelin kahvaltısı doyurucu, normal güzel. Gecelik konaklama fiyatı uygun. Konum da Side antik kente ve sahile yakın. Dolmuş duraklarına yakın. Gelelim eksi yönlerine. Buzdolapları çok geç soğutuyor. (Bence buzdolaplarının değiştirilmesi ya da sürekli elektrikte kalacak bir sistem kurulması gerekiyor.) Kaldığım oda güneş almıyor gibi bir şeydi. Balkon kapısı sehpa olduğu için açılmıyor, sehpayı kaldırsanız koyacak yer bulmakta zorlanırsınız. Kaldığım oda dardı. Çeken TV kanalını toplasanız 10-15 tanedir. Tatlıses TV yi izlersiniz :) Bir de kaldığım oda acayip derecede sigara kokuyordu. Tahminim balkon kapısını açamadıkları için içeride sürekli sigara içmişler. Fazla bir ses yalıtımı beklemeyin. Kısa süreli seyahatler için kalınabilir bir hotel ama uzun süre kalmayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Biz 21-23 nisan aralıklarında bayramda konakladık. 4 aile geldik . Otelde temizlik anlamında iyi , havuzları , Aqua’sı ***et geniş ve yeterli , ama ne iç havuzlarında ne de dış havuzlarında ısıtma olmadığından biz hiç havuza girmedik. Otelde ana Restaurant ana binada olduğundan yemek saatlerinde yukarı tarafa yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otel geniş bir metrekareye sahip , bu bizi yordu açıkçası. Sadece sahil kısmında snack bar açıktı , oda saat 12.00 da açılıp 15.00 da kapanıyor. Personeli çok iyi yetişmek için çırpınıp duruyorlar ama sayısı yetersiz. Özellikle lobby barda ki Meryem hanıma sonsuz teşekkürler , bize hiç kusursuz hizmet etti 2 gün boyunca , biz odalarımızı satın alırken bahçe odalarını almıştık fakat otele vardığımızda o odalarda rahat edemeyeceğimizi söyleyerek yan binalara yerleştirildik , otelin içinde de ısıtma yoktu , bahar ayı olması neden ile serindi. Biz klimayı açıp ısınabildik ama arkadaşlarımızın odalarının olduğu katta klimada problem olduğu için onlar ısıtma sistemini kullanamadılar . Mini barlarında sadece su ve soda var Yemek çeşitleri yetersiz , ben iki akşam boyunca spagetti makarna yedim , dana ciğeri diye tavuk ciğeri yapıldı , dana eti yazıyor ama hindi eti vs. Tatlıları da yetersiz , alkoller hiç adını duymadığımız markalar , bu otelin iyi olan şeyleri , konumu , havuzları , mimarisi , temizliği , açıkçası ne ailemi ne arkadaşlarımı yemek anlamında tatmin etmedi. Sadece arkadaşlarla birlikte vakit geçirebilmek için tercih ettik . Yemek anlamında gerçekten yetersiz ki , bayramlarda oteller daha özenle hazırlanır , horus Paradise bu bayrama hazırlıksız yakalanmış gibiydi .

Otel Tam anlamıyla Mükemmel ötesi resepsiyondan giriş yaptık odayı beğenmedik hemen değiştirdiler otelin içinde tam anlamıyla Kendimi krallar gibi hissettim kalamar biftek içkilerin hepsi import ver kalite tam anlamıyla bir özen var hamburger bile el yapımı patates Mac donalds tavuk kfc tadında otelin konumu çok iyi çalışanlar her daim yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar çookkk mükemmel antalya da 30 a yakın beşyıldıLı otel de kaldım fakat barut hemera ilk sıraya yerleşti

Lovelly smal hotel, very clean and comfortable. Beutifil views from the window, and balcony, oir room was on the 4th floor. Three pools for adults,children (with slides) and babies. Food was various every day,not so many choices but very tasty and fresh made (we had one of the nighs proper Turkish kebab for serving) very lovely! Pancakes,fried vegetables, sausages,omelets for breakfast every day different choice ,enjoyed surprise every morning! The drinks from all inclusive vodka,beer,whisky, gin,unfortunately one night red wine finished but another day we had a refill again :-) The beach is 15 min ride on a hotels bus but bus goes two time in the morning and picks you up two times in the afternoon ,very handy if you want to have couple of drinks on the beach (beer 4eur). Full service (barmen brings to your table :-) ) Shops around foe clothing,souvenirs and food with drinks,very comfortable for quick shopping before you leave. Really enjoyed the stay,thank you for having us ❤️

Stayed here last week after having to leave another hotel close by which we had booked and was completely unsuitable. Luckily we found this hotel the morning of our check in, Lovely 3 storey small family run hotel, a 3 minute walk from side beach and 10 minute walk into Antique side as they call it, Our room was on the first floor over looking the road which was good for people watching, We were given a triple room, so one double snd a single which was a nice touch with balcony. Breakfast included but unfortunately no western breakfast so be prepared as everywhere serves cheese, bread, dip and boiled eggs, but still good quality and lots to eat if you wanted. Nice big rooms also. Couple things to note, we’re still in turkey as we our travelling and it seems shower heads are something that are a bug bearer of mine while here. Unfortunately Aura hotel had a water saving shower head installed which in theory is fantastic, however the mist was so strong it felt like it was taking my skin off. Twice a day it was a fight with that thing. Also room make up, always given fresh towels but bed sheets not changed, balcony ashtray never emptied and shower gel never replenished. We also had a few power cuts that lasted minimum of 4 hours, not the hotels fault but every bar, hotel and club on the beach front had power so frustrating our little stretch of road was out 2-3 times, Would 100% recommend this hotel to others wanting a nice clean hotel with a lovely family always there to welcome you.
