El hotel está muy bien situado, es tranquilo, y acuden muchos trabajadores. Para pasar una noche está genial, en día de diario es silencioso y se duerme bien. Tiene lo justo, y limpieza bien. Aunque deberían mejorar un poco el baño, los dispensadores de jabón están un poco desgastados y medio rotos. Pero bueno, para una noche está genial. Tiene una máquina dispensadora de café,con bebidas y algo de snacks. Yo me alojó siempre que tengo lío en el trabajo y salgo tarde, pues no vivo en Salamanca

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

No pudimos ir finalmente por motivos COVID ya que salamanca está confinada pero desde el hotel nos respondieron a la cancelación rápidamente y nos devolvieron el importe. Son muy amables y el hotel es de total confianza. En cuanto Salamanca abra iremos sin duda. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDADO Y TOTAL CONFIANZA.

Me pareció excelente, empecemos por una cosa muy simple, las fotos, los datos de internet, todo correcto. De nada sirve ponerse super guay y encontr**** con un desastre. Todo según indicaciones. La habitación/apartamento pues pequeña, pero como digo era lo que ofrecían y el precio era bueno. Si quieres un chalet a 50€ noche pues no, lo pagas. Ibamos con 2 perros, border collie y schnauzer. Mas sitio? Pues hubiera estado bien, pero también hay que decir que era más que suficiente. Una vitro con dos fuegos, un horno y un microondas. Nevera, agua, el baño más grande proporcionalmente que la habitación. Todo perfecto. Ubicación super buena, posibilidad de parking. La recepción no era de 24h, ni falta que hace la verdad, eso sí, las chicas encantadoras, todo facilidades. Las personas de limpieza también muy agradables. Dejan perros, se agradece. Pero también siendo responsables, la mayoría nos esforzamos mucho por que todo quede limpio y molestar lo más mínimo. Nuestro comportamiento con perros será juzgado de otra manera, así que hay que ser extremadamente cuidadosos. Insisto, buena ubicación, buen precio, buen servicio, buen apartamento. Ahora ya para nota, Mi mujer se dejó entre los cojines unos pendientes nada baratos precisamente de Tous. Eran caros, y tenían valor sentimental. Los encontraron y nos los manda por correo.
