We had a great stay at K Hotels. Our family was here to attend a work conference. The overall hotel was very comfortable, very clean, and all staff personnel that I encountered were very friendly. I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well every night. The shower was also excellent with great water pressure. The conference rooms were very nice and did a great job meeting our needs. Our group loved having our dinners at the rooftop bar every evening. I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that guests were comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge gave great recommendations for local attractions. The room also had a beautiful view of the city skyline, which was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me since I had to work during part of my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was its dining options. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The coffee was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The on-site restaurant also served a delicious dinner, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the concierge was more than happy to assist with recommendations and bookings for tours and activities. Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price
